So someone who is 6'8 is not even close to 7 ft. yes it is only 4 inches but it is a difference one can clearly tell. Also, as others have said already, you must be 4'10 or shorter no matter the gender and over 18 to be considered a midget. He is obviously over 18, but 5'2 doesn't make him a midget, just very short lol,I am 5'4 btw

1) A 5 foot tall man is not a midget. You live in CA? There's tons of Mexicans about that height.
2) 6'8" is not even that tall for a man. It's kinda tall, but I wouldn't look twice if I saw a guy that height walking down the street.
