With most of these dogs, 'settle' was the same as 'sit' or 'down', just another command in which they wait for another command. They are not relaxed, but just on their side on the floor, head on the floor as well. I understand that this might be a good way to end play, but the dogs don't look 'settled' or relaxed at all.
