When I do my dumbells, my wrist on my left arm tends to hurt. What am I doing wrong there? Or do I just have a week wrist seeing as I don't have that problem with my right.
so if i want good results i should do this in the morning and night? what about triceps? should i do the same for that? same with shoulders? put all these into the same day, or vary between days? say one day i do biceps, next is shoulder, next is triceps, and next say is chest? should i have a rest day?
@sharp355 Curerntly I work.. CHest and bis on Monday, Back and Tris on Tuesday, SHoulders on thursday and legs of Fridays. Pullups and abs are daily! :)

@ManyVideosforyou Correct this workout will define and will build the core muscle of the bicep. If you could like to gain some mass you must increase the weight. Are you able to do more weight? How much weight are you currently using and ofcourse you must eat eat eat eat lol.. I used to be a very slender guy and that is exactly what I needed to do to put on the mass.
@whothefkamiwatching Yes they do but it all depends what level of fitness you are currently on. I have been working on out for a quite awhile so daily for 30 days is good for me. But if you are a newbie you may need to pace yourself.
@SoBedHeadBlondie Hi there. Yes teenage girls can do these workouts also without the worries of getting buld. This workout will tone your arms very swiftly as long as you are consistent.. For ladies I suggest once a day for 30 days.
@DaTruthsHere Good thought but no.. As you can see I am using very light weight to ensure I am not tearing the muscle and the workout should not exceed nor more the 5 minutes. Most folks would like to have results swiftly and muscle isolation is what I have used or years to accomplish my tone and definition. But great question Bro.. BTW i like your channel.

Do you have to "squeeze'' or use power when you lift the weights or you just have to lift them ?
