There is a problem...because she fell right inthe middle of the street, and shhould have fallen on the sidewalk if she jumped by herself. And, Look at the large blue blind under the vertical line from her balcony. That might have saved her if she fell by herself. So suicide is not obvious at all.

I haven't read that people had seen her jumping but i haven't read eveything in detail about the circumstances, it is just that, seeing the architecture of the building, seemed weird as i said that she has fallen right in the middle of the street. But, of course, on the images i've seen, it is  quite difficult to appreciate the volumes and shapes...Anyway, at least, she was certainly as fragile as she was magnificent...

The point that I have been trying to make is that none of the scenarios make perfect sense, and none usually do, but it's the best scenario in this situation. The NYPD didn't have any evidence to investigate. They do know what they're doing. She was not a supermodel, she was a good, working model, but not anyone who was likely to be on someone's hit radar. There is no evidence for the Russian mafia theory either.

Why didnt they question her current boyfreind who she spoke to last or her ex boyfreind who she saw last? They never checked any of the surveilance cameras in the building directly across the street? They didnt do anything. The closed the case without speaking to anyone? You dont find this to be odd?

She was killed, this was not a suicide. The police failed to investigate her death and just labelled it a suicide. This is not the first case where police have prematurely labeled a woman's death suicide. Adrienne Shelly was found dead hanging in her bathroom, also in the 1st Precinct. Cops initially ruled her death a suicide, but later arrested a construction worker who admitted strangling her and hanging her body.

In Adrienne Shelly's case they were always suspicious because they found shoe prints in the tub, and did not originally announce a cause of death. Look up old articles from Nov 3rd (2 days after her death) - cause was still inconclusive.

The same is not true here. There are a lot of inconsistencies in ALL possible explanations, but the police went with what they had. There was no evidence of murder.

1.She could have gone to roof from inside her building. Push bar door, Then walked across to site which was wide opened.

2.There are no security cameras in building. Someone could easily get by front desk, you dont need to be buzzed in. Even security guards go to the bathroom. 3.She could have been forced on to the roof and thrown.

4.She could have cut the netting weeks ago, to let some light in. With all these ?'s the should have dug deeper! Why didnt they!
