To even start this, you need computer access. Just follow this: Turn off your computer, then start it up again. There are two screens that show loading bars. When the second one appears, hold down the power button to hard shut it down. Restart and choose safe mode. Then, create a temporary account using Control Panel, restart and log on as that acc and do the video. After you are done, go into the new hidden account and delete the account you made on safe mode.

You do not have to use CMD to create this new account. You can do it right from the registry by creating a new reg entry and simply naming it whatever you want. Then if you want to hide/unhide all you have to do is change the value to either 1=on 0=off! =)

Wrong. Clearing the history does nothing if you know how to access an index.dat file. Any good admin knows how to do this.

YOU had to have deleted your admin acc because I have been performing this method for a number of years to help people gain access and it has never deleted anything. Are you sure the acc isn't hidden?

Please note this only works for windows XP and 2000 (maybe).

Once there, make the same file and name it the same as your user name of the secret account. [NOTE: If you ever want to change the account name, make sure you do it in both the User Account settings and the regedit and make sure they are the same or it won't work (case sensiive)] then sign into it the same way he said by logging out of the users and pressing ctrl+alt+del x2 and typing in the user and password (If you made one) manually.

theres an easier way to do it i just tested it out. make an account like you normally would add a password, change picture, make name, privileges and whatever else (NOTE: you can change this later as long as you are signed into that account). That just pretty much takes care of the CMD (Command Prompt) part.

Next, go into regedit (Registry Editor) and work your way through to the special accounts. (Read next comment to continue)

It is a special account by admin rights. There is a difference between a power user acc and a regular user acc.
