Whenever we watch TV, we are always bombarded with loud, upsetting commercials that feature one type of person: A businessman in a suit and tie.

If it does show a man with a beard, it's usually coupled with him shaving.

It's refreshing to see a dude with a beard who's not only accepted, but proudly displayed in your commercials.

PS--I was rejected from getting a job Radio Shack for having a beard, even though I'm a retired Electronic Engineer.

I used to work with him at the brewery in Jamaica Plain. From personal experience I will tell you he has been brewing for about 15 years. So he is as real as they come.

I doubt this guy is really a brewer. He fits the typical Boston "tough guy with a bald head and goatee" persona. He is just a frontman for the brewery which, I might add, is very mediocre as far as craft beer goes. If you don't say "r"s I don't take you seriously. Maybe it's because I have an education.
