The gun is an ergonomic bullpup design that is very reliable and the polymer body makes it lightweight. It fires an accurate round and it's fully ambidextrous and utilizes an innovative forward ejection system making it even more ambidextrous.

@RCContreiras American weapons are actually proven in combat. German, Swiss, and Belgian firearms, don't have the 50 years of constant improvement and evolution that the latest American weapons have. While our European allies make superb firearms, few of them see much use, specifically the newer ones. Any gun can do well on the range, but its in combat where it matters.

Also, American weapons have to be pretty good if the SCAR and HK416 are essentially heavily modified M16s :)

The cases are then pushed down the tube and out the front by the next case in line.

this is by far hands down my favorite gun of all time, i'm sorry to all you "heavy" gun lovers but the F2000 is just awesome, you can use any hand you desire (great for left handed or Ambidextrous people) it gives little recoil, rarely jams, very acurate when done right, and just amazing all around. I really can't think of anything else right now that i would rather have

My friend, who happens to be an ex-marine, says that him and many soldiers are supporting a movement to make the M14 the official weapon of the US army, because they have found that target rounds aren't sufficient. And anyways, if somebody broke into your home, and you could choose between a .223 and a .308, which would you choose?

@dratyats 5.56 hits as hard as a .44 Magnum. Thats why I keep bringing it in. If you think that a 5.56 carbine isn't good enough for HD than how could you trust handguns to do anything? I like my hearing so I wouldn't use a .308 over a AR15 in .223. There is too much of a risk of over penetration if you either miss or since you are within 10 yards, going straight through the badguy. 5.56 actually hits almost as hard as .308, I've seen the tests and the numbers don't lie.
