  • nice video dad.. cant believe you have that many views....

  • Be thankful there are stupid pilots around and some of them are still alive. Or else we won't have so much fun watching their stupid antics

  • That was the worst roll i've ever seen it, besides that, roll in the take off in not a very smart decision !

  • hmmm. 10,000 dollar fine and suspended licence? seems unlikely. anyone know if he had a down to surface waiver?

  • I don't believe he should have lost his license for life though.

  • everybody...looks like he loose power on maneuver!...u call him bold pilot and so on...u wasn't there to comment!..u only suppose...

  • HAHAHA! fkin idiot!

  • I can fix it dude.

  • @TheDaveyht3 "Get your priorities* straight* ,* then rip on a pilot who made a mistake.

  • good point on the master switch, no one thought about it, even after you could hear the systems still running, thank god it didnt catch fire, Roy

  • Comment removed

  • You are in such a hurry to get views you just stand and film this? Why didn't you flip off the master swtch? Not to mention that it is lose his licence not loose it. Get your priorites streaght then rip on a pilot who made a mistake.

  • Whats with the retarded mullet headed guy in the red shorts, hangs around like a blow fly.

  • @unapro3 Hes trying to bum a smoke off someone.

  • Y DID U JUST STAND THERE???

  • Mighty low to try something like that.

  • First amazing thing was that none of those people gave a thought to fire danger.

Second, No one ever moved away from the aircraft.

  • more aileron less elevator

  • who gives a fuck

  • It just needs a little rubbing out.

  • dumb ass comments by people who are such great experts (expert dumbasses) get up there and let see you do it, and not on your PC or gameboy, fines and licence loosing what archaic rules, accidents are accidents there is a cause but not done intentionally. wonder they didn't fine the Wright Brothers with that kind of thinking.

  • Have no fear...Mullet-man is here!

  • Looks like he ran out of airspeed, altitude, and ideas at the same time. Classic.

  • @daddyfuzz98 yes, plus he had a very low rate of roll dialed into his ailerons..

  • Well let's hope he filled in the insurance claim form correctly, and told them it was the grounds fault. It came up to meet him.

  • Busted, in every possible interpretation of the word. He got off cheaply in the circumstances though. Your money or your life? Like his aerobatics, a no brainer.

  • sorry old man, this is not a flight simulator, you dont bounce off the ground when you hit it

  • na na na naaaa na na na na naaaaa na na na na naaaaaa na na naa NAAAAAAAAA

  • it takes abot 10 seconds to get a reaction after the pilot crashed

  • That's one way to ruin a perfectly servicable aircraft. Noob.

  • I wont a airplane and can not afford it.

I drive semi truck and I see alot of old stupid rich people do stupid stunts with there expensive cars.Such as cutting across 2-3 lanes to get to a exit doing 75 mph and the exit posted speed is 25 mph.Oh it has been raining. That is why you have slide off the road.No you can not use my cell phone because you lost yours out the window.Magnum PI might be able to do it,but can you?

  • real planes dont fly like R/C planes in most cases

  • my whole life i have wanted to fly planes and i have never been able afford to get certified and cannot imagine being able to afford a plane and my passion for it sometimes overwhelms me. And then you have jokers like this that with out thought take unnecessary chances and ruin airplanes like its nothing. it makes me sad.

  • The public arrived first, then Police, then Firemen, and finally Ambulance.

  • @gunnarMyTube jajajajaja

  • its like he just held the stick back the whole time while turning it to the left a little.

  • Clearly more money than brains. Pitts aircraft are NOT cheap!

  • i bet that "fire truck" at 3:17 was a sight for sore eyes! (note sarcasm)..

  • can one be that stupid...lol

  • mullet man at 4:14 !!

  • youre supossed to land on the wheels, not the top wing...

  • Wow, that was retarded! And to destroy a beautiful plane like the Pitts ? He should be jailed and never allowed to fly a plane again!:)

  • forgot to push the stick foreward while inverted, guess he never practiced this move before. just a wantobe fighter pilot. hope he's ok

  • I wouldnt even do this in flight simulator early after take-off nevermind in real life! This is what happens when you get over-confident in your experience

  • i did this succesfully on GTA san andreas. so uh, it can be done. butttt, you have to have a little Chuck Norris in you. it takes time but you'll get it bud :)

  • Poor airmarship (breaking of rules) and definetelly poor piloting skills and decition making ...Barrel Roll on TO??? WTF?

  • I could tell right away this guy was a low time aerobatic pilot. He allowed the plane to "scoop out" the bottom. Looked like he hadn't established a positive rate of climb before entering this maneuver. There are old pilots... and there are bold pilots. BUT... there are NO old, bold pilots.

  • @falcon1163 what do you mean by "scooping out" the bottom? I presume you mean that the plane didn't have enough air space to complete the roll?

  • @falcon1163 He entered to maneuver just fine. His issue is he never released the back pressure when he started his roll which resulted in the "corkscrew" into the ground. This is VERY common for low time acro guys. I always tell them to make it 3 distinct motions.....1. Pitch to xx degrees (depends on airplane) 2. NEUTRAL STICK 3. FULL Aileron and HOLD IT.

  • @iflyem3535 yeah yeah whatever "maverick" lol these youtube armchair pilots are friggen morons. go and play on your sim fool.

  • @plasticspastic201 Ok...Well since I used to OWN and RUN an aerobatic flight school (Ultimate Aerobatics USA LLC) Nevermind the fact that I currently own an S2C and 8KCAB. I am pretty sure I can back up my theory. What's yours? Oh and aren't you the same moron talking smack on Bryan Jensen's video since he was killed yesterday? You don't have a clue dipshit.

  • @iflyem3535 Too easy

  • @plasticspastic201 Sure. Typical troll. Hope you like porn since I am sure that your hand will be the only thing you'll be getting that you don't have to hire. lol

  • @iflyem3535 not typical.. the BEST

  • The plane stoll and didn have enough power to recover

  • Warm Towles: Women having baby

Cold Towels: Attempted roll on takeoff.

  • crazy bugger lol

  • what an amateur

  • aileron roll on takeoff with slight upward trajectory...yes. "barrel roll" on takeoff...no!

  • He was okay after they gave him an aspirin the size of a Volkswagon.

  • the guy with the red shorts has a righteous MULLET!!!

  • He just had that look of someone out of his element past a point of no return after starting the engine, like he knew he's just not understanding.

  • Here comes a bambalance!

  • for all of you haters trying to tell the man how to fly a biplane... he was flying them through WW I so i think he would know how to fly one. xD

  • NTSB Identification: FTW91DPA02 .

The docket is stored on NTSB microfiche number 45329.

Accident occurred Saturday, June 29, 1991 in ROYSE CITY, TX

    Aircraft: PAUL M. F. WALKER PITTS S-1-C, registration: N4PW

    Injuries: 1 Serious.

  • wou many carfire ..

  • well pulling a barrel roll the moment u leave the tarmac is probably not the best thing to do, even though if he done it right, would of been a pretty mean shaving of the ground. thank god he survived though, it could of been alot worse than it was

  • WTF .... Trying a loop without having a cert for aerobatics is one thing - doing it like floor exercises is another. That was extremely stupid! And waste of a beautiful plane.

  • handclasp at 2:51 That's what friends are for. Airplane people take care of each other.

  • What is with the redneck in the red shorts?

  • "He crashed!" rofl - I love how the camera man sounds so thrilled.

  • wow thats a low price

  • get some speed first before you do any fancy stuff, lol funny shit actually, damit man that was stupid of u

  • Thats what happens when you show off. Old man get's it hahahah......

  • Pilot error.

  • forgot the control lock?

I heared about a dead sure way to perform snap rolls low lvel: Close your eyes, pull hard and step into the pedal all at once. When you open your eys it`s done- works every time. - but this was a barrel roll? hihi

  • lose a liscence? doubt it. down to surface waiver. Faa knows this stuff is bound to happen. id be interested in reading the faa report and seeing where it says he lost his liscence.

  • a loose license?

  • mullet guy!

  • I like the mullet!!!!

Amiliana....let me tell you this; Where I live, I can afford to break my finger, have a beer ( or two), play on my iphone at the bar, go home drunk and watch movies on satellite, pig out on delicious snack foods, and watch youTube videos of people in MY country flying planes for fun because they can afford to. God bless My country. I'm sure your country is a nice place to vacation when people in the U.S.A want to "rough it" for a little while.

  • @RogerPriceDesigns

'play on my iphone at the bar'....jeee, go break your finger (or two, or maybe even three ?)

  • DO A BARREL- OOOOH SHIT!!!

  • rad pilot but dumb move on takeoff.

you can tell there is abit of wind draft too

    luckily he survived

  • "we need some cold towels..."

He wrecked his airplane, he's not having a baby.

  • Hey, y'all! Watch this 'un!

  • A bit of Super Glue will have it fixed in no time.

  • 2:22 what the hell is she wearing?

  • @Trixster454 lmao

  • Wow. You don't try a roll RIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF for god's sakes!

  • It looks like a Pitts

  • 3:31 Comes the bambalance? WTF is a bambalance? What state was this filmed in? Who is the guy with the mullet calling all the shots? Why are all those civilians extracating this guy from the plane? This IS an airshow right? Where are the Emergency vehicles and personnel? WTF is going on here? TARDS!!!

  • Was that an "Acrosport" Biplane?

  • Ya, that wasn't a good idea. Full staller into the ground....

  • Way to go you do-gooders, run all over the place and shove those tiny vertebral splinters a little deeper into his spinal cord. And just in case someone mentions aviation fuel, they laid him right next to the plane.

  • Loose license? Was his license too tight to begin with? Also, what is with the all-caps?

  • Rolling on take off in any aircraft is pretty stupid and uneccesary, it's claimed the lives of many pilots, this one was incredibly lucky. Aspiring aviators, watch and learn! What a waste of a lovely little Pitts, luckily for the pilot, they are incredibly strong, I helped to rebuild an S1D that had cartwheeled on takeoff after an aileron spade caught long grass. The pilot walked away from that one, thanks to Curtis Pitts' design talent and good quality steel tubing.

  • Short landing tho, give him that!!

  • "The Blue Angels do it, and I got a jumpsuit that kinda looks like theirs, just red."

  • would be very emberassing for me if i would find my own crash videotaped on youtube xD

  • Doing a barrel roll directly after take off can be done, obviously this wasn't done correctly.

  • I've been a commercial pilot for 23 years, flying Ag Cats and I wouldn't even think of trying a stunt like this. Obviously "pilot error". An ancient saying: "there are old pilots and there are bold pilots, but NO old, bold pilots"

  • Aerent aerobatics prohibited below 1,500 feet?

  • looking good !!

  • He did nto even have an inverted oil or fuel system..this is why he pulled through on the top AKA barrel roll. Nothing like trying something for the first time when you dont know what you are doing

  • Well done to those dedicated people in the emergency service. They arrived on the sense within a minute. Other part of the world you can wait over an hour!

  • Bad accident but an nice rescue show

  • Certain experiences in life one's gotta learn the hard way however experience you have in life, and this is the best example.

Just a Humor ! What was this Senior Aviator trying to do? Find a short cut to Stairways to Heaven ;-) lol ha ha ha

  • "He crashed"

  • i hope that the pilot now understands, 1) why there are rules and 2) what happens when the rules are ignored.

  • Great mullet at 2:33.

  • @blak8819 yup i call that a 10/90 10% on top 90%in the rear

  • this is the funniest shit i have ever seen :) thanks

  • amateur pilot...to slow for his manövering

  • Was that Wrongway Feldman?

  • loose license?

    How loose was it?

Seriously - how about a spell checker?

  • yea, doesn't always work out the way you'd hope. bummer.

  • fail!!!!

  • 10 thousand fine, that's riduculous. You can't fine someone after nearly killing just hemselves and smashing up their plane, that's just messed up and cruel. I wouldn't pay it. Its just the breaks of the game. He probably couldn't anyway because he be in a full body cast. What is he going to do, work at a Mcdonald's drive through in his full body cast saying "do you want fries with that?"

  • @cobrachoppergirl

"What is he going to do, work at a Mcdonald's drive through in his full body cast saying "do you want fries with that?"

That made me laugh so hard, just imagining pulling up to the window and seeing someone in a full body cast asking if I wanted fries haha.

  • @cobrachoppergirl Would you REALLY want an idiot pilot like that to get away with no punishment? I personally wouldn't want him anywhere near me when I'm flying.

  • its just like a faceplant but a planeplant

  • There are old pilots and there are bold pilots but there are not many old bold pilots

  • Good job there wasn't a post crash fire. What the heck was the fire truck crew doing for the 3-4 minutes after the crash - taking a dump?

  • There was something about the look in his eye, just something spazzy about him.

  • Why the fuck are all the pilots that crash retards ? fail.

  • @DonovanxPetersen because idiots think their are invincible when they are watched so they trying to show off and they do things they never done beafore

  • Stop talking shit about him cause you don't have the balls to do what he does

  • the only way to make his day worse is if the helicopter cashed on the way to the hospital

  • lol Half wit!

  • i think he got hit by windshear.

  • stop judging him...what if the control surfaces (elevator, aileron) locked or didn't work?

  • @lavakava I think one clue might be that he got fined and lost his licence....

  • When was this filmed, 80's?

  • @garsizzle no, it says 1991. seriously? dumb much?

  • @fsimguru must be easy to talk shit behind a computer. Secondly, i didn't watch the whole video.

  • @garsizzle then you shouldn't have commented

  • hey i guessed the same thing as garsizzle it looked like the 80's to me! and stop being such a pain dont call random people dumb for thinking...

  • dumbass

  • i think i could reupload this and give my view on it

  • yeah if he tip stalled then i don't think that was a trick but a tip stall. like i said he did not or was not doing a trick it was a tip stall. thats not all his fault. if he was new he may not have known. if you pull up to much you tip stall then you do a roll because the plane goes out of control.

  • was that a tip stall ?

  • was he drink'n or just stupid'n

  • That's the most restrained reaction to a plane crash I've come across (not that I've come across any in real life)...'Oh my god. He crashed!' Makes an interesting change.

  • I wouldn't get in that helicopter! Hell, he already fell out of the sky once!

  • Whats with the gay shorts on that one dude?! "Hey, we need some towels!".....

  • glad he didn't die, BUT what a dumb ass, that's a prime example of why those regulations are in place

  • snap roll fail.

  • what a great pilot, I wish I could have been flying with him that day.

  • dude why do they need cold towels? WHA THE FUCK IS A TOWEL GOING TO DO FOR A BROKEN SPINE?

  • There was no need to drag him out of the plane. They could have made his injuries even worse. Only qualified medics know how to extract someone from a wreck without paralyzing them.

  • You always get people out of a airplane after a accident. Unlike cars, planes almost always leak fuel after a accident especially when inverted. In this case any leaking fuel is running straight to hot engine, heat + fuel = fire! If a fire broke loose and pilot was still strapped in it would be game over, use care stabilize neck and remove quickly!

  • dude i think its obvious and they made sure that it wasnt going 2 blow up, be4 they had a big crowde of people around it

  • Comment removed

  • true dat, u can sue someone for doing their best at keeping u alive in the states, right????

  • fuk oath u can, if any1 that even touches u after an accident that isnt a qualified medic, and u have neck injuries or back injuries, u can sue the fuck out of them, its true, maybe u should research.

  • maybe i should research... on a country that's not worth my time??? let me tell you this, where i live, if you help someone at the best of your abilities and act on good intentions, the law protects you. You can't get sued. That's what it means to live in a country with a GOOD healthcare system... ;) one where i CAN break a finger and still be able to afford a beer that same night!!! haha

  • @Amiliana69

Orgasmoman is an idiot. We have the Good Samaritan Act in the US which says that if you render first aid to a victim with serious injury, as long as you're acting in good faith, then you cannot be sued or prosecuted.

  • how much do you pay for the paramedics to show up, and a chopper for transport where you live??? that bill must be just as painful than the accident... if they even took him in at the hospital that is!!!

  • its called insurance, what ur not covered for the ambo's? damn take it easy, lol

  • Dude, you can sue anyone for anything in the USA.

  • thats true, i heard a dude sued an rv company because when he put the rv in cruise controll he walked off because noone told him it didnt drive for you xD

  • @MrOpcode cool i would love to sue the person who suing me

  • I got two things to say.. tight red shorts and a mullet. FTW!

  • @peasandcarrots73 THOUGHT THAT WAS A GIRL!! NASTY MOTHER FUCKER!!!

  • Can't you make your point without the vulgar language?

  • speed and low altitude + avgas and crash = this is one lucky-to-be-alive dude

  • 1 word: RETARD

  • "Hey Waldo I can smell gas!" - oops wrong movie.

  • Loose licence????

  • It probably came loose during the crash.
