I dont have to power brake it, and it will burn into 3rd. Oh i forgot to say it has a replacement trans in it thats a close ratio 4 speed with overdrive so I dont really have a granny gear..but I can get 25 mpg and am a serious stop light to stop light threat. Oh and you dont have to shift into 5th until 115!!!

@booshum It really isn't that much of a difference. I bet this guys Single Cab 318 would beat your 360 in a race if it was a extended cab, thats how much of difference there is, not much. The 318 is also more durable, What little HP and Torque you gain from the 360 is paid for at the gas pump since the 5.9 usually gets 3-5 MPG less than the 318, and since these truck usually only get in the high Teens at most, the MPG difference is far better than the HP/Torque difference.

@Reptiles247 his exhaust looks and sounds pretty much like mine. all i did was cut of the pipe about a foot after the catalytic converter welded on an adapter steeping it up to 3 1/2 inches and put a sweep 90 degree elbow to bring it out the side without a muffler whole thing took me 2 hours and 56 dollars in parts

Thats what makes the 360 faster, stronger, and all around better than the 318. I'm not saying the 318 is a bad motor, because it is, its better than ford, chevy, or yota any day. but i am saying the 360 is even better. the 318 is a good motor, the 360 is a fantastic motor. get your facts straight before you argue like a fag

@booshum It really isn't that much of a difference. I bet this guys Single Cab 318 would beat your 360 in a race if it was a extended cab, thats how much of difference there is, not much. The 318 is also more durable, What little HP and Torque you gain from the 360 is paid for at the gas pump since the 5.9 usually gets 3-5 MPG less than the 318, and since these truck usually only get in the high Teens at most, the MPG difference is far better than the HP/Torque difference.

@booshum actually the 318 is the toughest V8 has ever made. my bros jeep has a 318 with 218,000 miles and it hasnt been rebuilt once, and it still runs like new

i recently bought a 2003 4x4 dodge 1500 5.7l HEMI v8 and love your exhaust. i want the same thing on my truck. if you wouldnt mind helping me out, i know nothing about exhaust kits on trucks. i mean i know what cat-back is but yeah. i want to know exactly what to say to the exhaust specialist when i get it installed to be just like yours. so if you could help me out it would be awesome.also,how much money are we looking at..

@Reptiles247 his exhaust looks and sounds pretty much like mine. all i did was cut of the pipe about a foot after the catalytic converter welded on an adapter steeping it up to 3 1/2 inches and put a sweep 90 degree elbow to bring it out the side without a muffler whole thing took me 2 hours and 56 dollars in parts
