Wow this guy sucks.. At least compared to xbox players this guys very stale and normal.. He would have been bike rushed at the begining and died.. He didnt even properly scout the enemy base to see if they were going to rush him..

Poor commanding by nod letting his tanks die when he could have pulled back n let rocket squads do the damage. screw this.

mantis is the black hand's anti air tank. upgraded with tiberium core missiles, it is the strongest anti air unit available. A regular mantis alone can take down most normal aircraft. a group of four or five upgraded Mantis can take down a mothership easily.

They are obsessed with the "Purifieing Flame". (Hope i spelled that right...) They use brute force to get the job done. I think when a few Confessor CABALS can level a MCV in a few seconds in pretty impressive.

@CerberusT93 Indeed, but it's risky to send it through enemy lines in such a burden, the prodigy must act unnoticed for the time required to reach the right distance.

@Bastylax86 true, it is risky but effective if used on the defensive. other tactics you could use is to use either devastator warships or invasion carriers. both of which can decimate purifiers. If you're Nod and you have a redeemer then using the rage generator may prove useful if used correctly, spectres also outrange them and with a little micro it is possible to eliminate them before they attack. im not a GDI player however so im not sure how to counter mass purifiers as GDI

Hardcore? Hardcore ball-sucking, maybe.

This guy sucks. I'm not even going to let myself get into a drawn-out discussion about this, but here's a few hints:

1. Cranes. At least one. Before ANYTHING else.

2. Defensive units, especially at the beginning, so that your harvesters dont get shagged like at 02:00.

3. Make a strike with a small attack force as early as possible. Destroy at least a vehicle factory or the construction yard and ta-da you've won. Any faction can do this.

cranes aren't that useful in some 1vs1 maps. Maybe they're useful at least two minutes after the beginning of the match, when players have enough tiberium income-rate for two building production lines.

@rvgr12 and retreat is only when everything is losed because retreating lets the enemy territory and the enemy takes territory we lose territory on out control and he can kill the buildings, in other words he wanted to protect the economy :D

i think that the best defence against infantry are the "classic" buzzer hive and the nod's shredder turrets with the ion beam upgrade. Obelisks are the best defence against vehicles and sonic emitters are the best defence against near enemy buildings.

it's more expensive but it's a thing that some does in this map (tournamnet tower) only, if you garrison the building near the tiberium extractors, the enemy engineers/saboteurs cannot easyly steal it....only if an APC/Reckoner carries them near it. See?
