I don't know why I haven't seen this before, this is breathtaking Sharna! The colours and your graceful movements remind me of caramel... it's like it's oozing sweetness!
People were talking about this video at Manchester and so as soon as I got home I looked for it. Don't understand how I missed it before.
It is absolutely beautiful Sharna. Such a silky dance. Like a breeze blowing a gossamer curtain.
You have so much talent, it's unbelievable really. There is nothing you can't do with a hoop. You were the first for me, and you've been my inspiration for almost 4 years now. And still are.
@amigdalafeliz Hello, Not yet but I will add a warm up and cool down shortly. Recently i have been playing with the hoop in a certain way that stretches nicely all over. xxxxx
Gorgeous Sharna. I never tire of watching you dance. This slower, softer movement is so engaging and intimate. I feel so connected to you as I watch. It makes me long even more to meet you in person, and wonder, "have we really not met?". Love it! Thank you so much for sharing your gifts!
Oh my goodness, Sharna, this makes me ACHE it's so beautifiul. It's wonderful to see your already gorgeous way of moving with the hoop continue to grow and evolve in expression and nuance. We've been at it a long time haven't we? You have always inspired me.
This style of hooping fits you so well - the slow song and the slow moves combined into a beautiful continuous graceful movement - almost like there were no moves at all - just a continuous flow of beauty.
Man when I just stopped my subscription for a few months. I cannot wait til I can subscribe again so I can learn how to move like this. Beautiful!!!!!
Gorgeous video, from the lighting to the music to the moves. :) And that move at 0:51 and again at 2:11 - that is too cool! Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to do that? I've been working lately on the same idea, interacting with the hoop as I dance rather than just doing tricks, and I'd love to learn that move.
@CircularPraise Hello, I teach over a Hooping University and this is one of my tutorials on that site. I would love to help you out but you'll have to go there, sorry :-)
Badass and beautiful. Not only is this stunning and serene, it's also mega slick and graceful...I love it. Love the song too...more hooping to slow music, yeah! x

this feels so personal... like peering into a moment of your mind's world; an existential flow of romantic melancholy.
Your move your hoop around your body like you live inside it. It almost contains you...
