you doing the full 6 weeks? i cant wait for p3, only a few days left for me! you could just down some cans of tuna per week, mix it with some light mayo, you got your 42g of protein there. there are those cheap proteins at walmart that you can mix with fruit shakes for taste. what's your goal weight? and how much left you got to go?
@HCGfatboyslim yeah I will probably do the full 6 weeks, but if some HCG happens to arrive, I might go back to phase 2. O:) The tuna is a good suggestion, but I really dislike real mayo and the miracle whip has carbs. I'll think about it. I think a good goal weight for me would be 180 since I'm almost 6'. That should give me a BMI is about 23 or so. Sounds about right.
