That cage looks really cool, but for 1/100s its fine for like a mk2 or exia or something, but I would think that a gundam with a larger wingspan: strike freedom, 00raiser, gp02a, that you're going to have some clearance issues.

Exia was developed from Astraea Type F, But IMHO Astraea Type F looks cooler.

I hear that more Builders Parts sets will be released with weapons, such as the Beam-Gatling and the utterly useless Zaku machinegun. My question is do the awesome weapons always have to be packed in with weapons that no one gives a shit about? Also, I REALLY hope for some sort of sword and shield set from this line in the future.

I think that 1/100 really isnt the preferred size for this one. I feel that the wide setting is meant for, well, wider units like a 1/144 kshatriya or sinanju. The fact that the hangar is larger than the unit makes it feel like it cradles the unit more efficiently than a 1/100.

this is cool and all... but for awesome MG MS' we like with overexaggerated backpacks like 00 raiser, wing zero, epyon, Destiny, etc. etc. depending on taste, they will not fit in this base...

Thanks for reviewing this, I had been curious about these system bases, but wasn't sure how they would look for 1/100 scale gundams. It is pretty nice looking, although I am disappointed its height can't be extended for the aforementioned scale kits.
