Nice mate... I'm learning his prelude to cello suite in d major and it's a pain in the ass to memorize. :P But it's worth it. Anyway, just wanted to say that you have a great taste for music. Every time when I don't have an idea what to play I go view some of your pieces. That's how I learned suteki da ne, theme of love from ff4, kiki's delivery service and so on. Even picked up a finger style strumming technique from your videos. You rule. :)
I think this is great performance (5 star definitely), I only wonder why do you position your hand this way - it should be really hard to play with rest strokes from this position, and, especially to mix rest strokes with free strokes. I see you don't use rest strokes in this piece (and for this piece it's totally okay), but what about pieces with nice solo passages where rest strokes would be very benefitial?
do u really have to grow out ur nails if u wanna fingerpick? Im 13 years old, i can play tht song but i want to know if u have to grow out ur nails cuz my guitar teacher says i have to
Yes, that a must if you want to produce a nice and loud sound on classical guitar. Playing with your flesh slows you down a lot and the tones sound very weak.
Man, first sailor moon, now bach minuet? xD TOTAL nostalgia hahahaha, this was one of the first classical pieces I was able to recognize when I was 12yrs old or so...
the pitch and tuning should be a close match and if it's timing wise you can try moving the parts around to see if they'll fit better. i did get it to match the original pretty well (but not perfectly cause i was learning the song as i went).
I think the only "original audio" is the audio of Bach playing the piece himself?Any other musician playing is an interpretation. Well, u can search youtube for people's interpretation. ^^

superb performance, although after seeing your other videos i'd expect nothing less
just a quick question: was that the Jeffrey McFadden arrangement you were playing, or am I just hearing things?

Completely nit-picky, but be careful about pushing that F# in the bass at 0:25 and again at 0:49.
Otherwise, really good playing. Nice work.
