Way to be an idiot... Halo Wars was based off of the back-story that Bungie created. Having other Spartans was Bungie's idea, and Halo Wars worked from that.

And earlier Spartans have different armor and different weapons so Reach will be totally different.

Halo 3: ODST is an expansion, not a full game, hence it will not have as many new features as Reach. Obviously...

the book is called Halo: The fall of reach, I believe the book is set before halo 1 im not sure, Reach was a secret UNSC planet like earth where Spartans got trained and lived. the covenant found out about reach and sent a huge fleet to destroy it, i think master chief was on a mission "The Flood" when Reach got destroyed i am not totally sure though.

No. Ther will be no competitive player vs player multiplayer for ODST. THer is only the campaign and Firefight. The game will, however, ship with a second disc which contains Halo 3 multiplayer and all available DLC.

I honestly don't see anything to be impressed by in this showing of ODST. There's a cool cut scene, nothing new there, and some new weapons. Bungie still hasn't fixed their physics engine, the ragdolls still look like shit. Look I'm not saying that physics are what make a game, and to tell the truth, I love the plot line of the Halo series. But after Halo 1 the gameplay has only been slightly innovated and has obtained a very dry, overplayed feel. Why do they continue to deal out the same thing?

Its a free roam game, It is not even close to call of duty. And the multiplayer is acualy halo 3's multiplayer, So dont say it looks like COCK 4 when its featuers are not even close. odst looked awesome on the surface, but in that demo the player never really got into any action - you just had activate buttons in the environment. And whats the point in a silenced SMG - you cant kill in one hit so everyones gonna know you're there.
