Main character enters fight tournament as underdog to avenge a murdered loved one and eventually wins the tournament final after being beat badly for a few rounds only to pull out the win in impressive fashion after thinking of murdered loved one which gives the main character the strength to win. Well, Nina is older than Anna, and she can be in so many roles, i guess a nice number of them have been considered "good" or at least making good in the end. Whereas Anna, just wants to beat her sister to a pulp and "win" for once. So i believe that Nina is stronger than Anna since she always kicks her ass so many times.
