  • Uhh, no guys, this is Twelve Girls Band. That's what the kanji says, and the translation is for Japanese people (roman lettering).

This is most definitely NOT Vanessa Mae. She is a violinist and there is not a single violin in the group. Please get your title redone.

  • Emirichchan, you are right what a dumb mistake......Through the world......the 12 girls is becoming very popular today.

  • Better looking that Jean Luce Ponti!

  • Vanessa Mae EXELENTE

  • theyre not japanese theyre asians

  • Japan is in Asia.

  • They are Chinese girls !!! Sure from Asia Pacific

  • This is the 12 girls band. They are the same race as Vanessa Mae but she isn't in the band. Besides Vanessa doen't play the erhu.

  • Pianoscience, the 12 girls are chinese girls and Vanesa is a mix race believe her father is English and mother Thai.

But they played beautifuly their instruments for our enjoyment.

  • Sorry correction. Vanesa father is Thai and mother chinese....she was born in Singapore. After her mother divorced the Thai husband, her mother married to an English man and moved to England where Vanesa is very popular.

  • Definitely Turkish

  • the tiltle of da song is freedom, i think

  • and the song originated from turkish traditional song if i'm not mistaken

  • Where is Vanessa? Dove è Vanessa Mae!!!

  • I dont see one japanese person...

  • Yes!.....big mistake with the title of this video, they are the famous Chinese12 girls band, they play traditional chinese instruments. The begining of the video is showing in Chinese letters the name of this group

  • As the video clip itself states at the very beginning, the band's name is "Joshi Juni Gakubou" (which apparently translates to "12 girls band").

  • Ooops! "Joshi Juni Gakubou" appears to be the name of the album, and means "Beautiful energy". The band itself is called the Twelve Girls Band.

  • thanks for the information, but I was noticed the name, but I could not trnaslated from its original langue, I also don't know the characters of that language. I only speak romance languages and one germanic.

  • Podrías cambiar el título?

No es Vanessa Mae y no son de Japón, sino de China

  • This song is TURKISH.

  • its not vanessa mae, its 12girls band specialise on traditional chinese and japanese instruments

  • That music sounds Turkish, and it is known as a old movies's music and the movie is best-known in Turkey also (Tosun Pasa)If you want to learn about that music and where it came, you can write Tosun Pasa and you'll find out and listen to that music with its movie if you please.
