to everyone freaking out and going "what is this?!" "is there a hate cartoon?!" "whats this got to do with hate comics?!" this is the failed pilot that peter bagge wanted to do, he was going to release a full season of a cartoon series based off the hate comics, but it was new greenlit cuz Mtv was not interested (since bevis and butthhead came out around the same time), so since they wern't interested, bagge gave up on it and went back to comics, its said in a interview he had about it.

Well, Stinky's voice is fine but Buddy's hurts my brain.

The animation is suprisingly good tho. A series closely based on the comic probably would have been fun.

When I first saw this I didn't really know about the voices but that was before I read the comic. Now that I've read alot of hate, I can see were the voices came from. If this was a series I would be watching it loads.

that was AWESOME!!! i dont understand how this couldnt be picked up...the voices need A LOT of work...but the animation and story is spot on...after reading both graphic novels i now understand where MAJOR influence came from for "Mission Hill" (kinda the closest thing to HATE! that you can get in animation form)

Man, this is pretty awesome. I wish that someone would produce an animated "Hate" show. I wish the voice work for Buddy was a little less scruffy though.
