I am so sorry to hear about your case.

It's happening all over the state of Calif. My daughter was abducted 284 days ago by 85-year-old ASSIGNED judge, Jack Halpin who is above the law as an "assigned judge." He retired in 1993 & signed on to that special program where judges who get a FAT six digit retirement & huge bennies for 30 - 60 days. He's been milking that for over 18 YEARS!!

I remember thinking of becoming a Family Court Judge. Never again will I think of that as a career option. Before law was about justice. All law has become is an abusive system. I saw a medical malpractice lawyer win a case for a lady who claimed she suffered physical and emotional damage for slipping on a floor in a medical office. She sued the doctor and got 1.5 million. Is that justice? Heck no. For compassionate and loving beings, stay out of LAW.

Instead of having the child's birth certificate you must have the child's BIRTH RECORDS and go to probate court and OBTAIN LEGAL CUSTODY of your children AS SOON AS THEY ARE BORN BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS REGARDING BIRTH IN THE HOSPITAL- REFUSE TO SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO DISCHARGE after giving birth & notify the 'nurse' you will obtain your child's birth records on your own.

what state are you having this problem in? I am more familiar with cps courts in California. My advice is to call as many lawyers as possible. research if there are any groups in your area that help in this specific area.

look, i can't tell by word alone if you are a good person or not. fight this as openly as possible. when you do find a lawyer or group to help you it will be harder for them to keep this under the rug. you might be the case that cracks it open

@02madre This is actually going on all over the US and abroad. I have been fighting this corruption since 1997 with some success. Only recently I succeeded in getting judge Strum thrown off of the bench.

I am going thru the same thing now in Family court with the judge. Helen Sturm wants me to let my son's father have visitation, who I currently have an order of protection against and who also left me when I was pregnant, and is also in arrears with child support and who engages in sexual activity with underage girls; and smokes massive amounts of weeds; and who I also witnessed being abusive both verbally and physically to his own 6 year old son. My son whom I'm currently nursing is five month

Its happening in Australia too. My children were slapped ,hit,locked and left in cars at night,deprived of food, watched porn,and terrorised by their father. Both children had suicidal tendancies and had made some attempts.Their treating specialists reccomended no contact with the father.The court ignored the facts.I was threatened. Docs decided the children lied. The children have ASPERGERS and can't lie ! The fathers own best friend a COURT EXPERT lied for him.. who cares ????NOBODY .

I don't know how you can help but your kindness means so much *HUG*. I am back in the Family Court March 2010 charged with contravening orders because I can't make the children go with their father and I won't and can't use physical force to do so. Their father hurts them and scares them. Their dad wants me to go to jail this time.I have been in Family Court proceedings since 2005 ! The FAC ignores the psychologists and psychiatrists treating my children.The System abuses the abused,

CPS is a worldwide criminal organization, hell bent on destroying children and families. Tell everyone you know, spread the word however you can. These vicious, sadistic criminals need to be stopped. And you can't be a "good" person and work for a system that is so corrupt and evil. If a social worker wanted to do good, they would expose them for what they are and fight to return children to their parents.

Much of this hell on earth could be avoided if the victims of this bureaucratic scam op would immediately totally disclaim the unlawful equity jurisdiction of the "family law court" judges over your person or property and demand a CommonLaw jury trial as to the facts, the issues and the LAW...please educate yourselves about the basic American right to CommonLaw jury trials and the right of jury nullification...it could save the lives of your kids...and save this country.

Unfortunately, the general public believe, that DCFS and those associated with them, are doing the right thing. I used to believe the same thing. I listened to other people's stories and thought, "There's more to this than your telling me." and, "The system is there to help you and your children." I met the DCFS system. They care nothing about helping families. I have my children home, now, because I tired of playing their games. It took my oldest daughter's innocence away from her.

DCFS is so crooked that it's impossible to differentiate between the guilty and the innocent. Don't be like them. Be fair. Find the good ones and applaud them. Find the bad ones and video tape them!

I also have court monitored other cases where other judges not related to my case, also granted full custody to the fathers in these particular cases, whereby there was substantial evidence of abuse shown by medical records, and testimony by the child, etc., and these judges still return the child back to them.

This is done by design to create dysfuntional children, so they loose their children to CPS and it also feeds into the prison system. It's all about the money. That's why it's important that we name all of the judges and lawyers and CPS workers involved in this corruption and distruction of the lives of children and their families.

I agree with all that you say, but it's difficult to put an end to this. This is not errors on their part. It's deliberate. Creating dysfunctional children supports the prison and foster no care businesses.

Allegations of abuse to take children from their parents and into the care of some paedophilic case worker. Not all caseworkers are like this. NO child should be taken from its parents without just cause & evidence. The secret nature of family court and social services is its fault. Their actions MUST be transparent, appealable & expedient. In my experience they are none of those things. Hopefully this sort of instance will bring men and women together to fight the system & it's abusers.
