the further left, the more the ball hooks? dom, i feel your pain, albeit at a much, much lower level. hate it when it happens.

@foocw I feel that the more I move left, the more I instinctively put on the ball which negates the initial move. Probably a fear factor thing of not thinking the ball is going to make it to the pocket.

@samiro05 i usually try to go deep and big-wheel when i massively overhook. but that move sometimes makes me feel that i just jumped into a trap, cos it feels as though the front and middle of the lane have burned up, while all the oil got carried down to the right. every time the ball hits the middle, which it definitely will when anyone's playing a deep line, it immediately starts hooking. when it continues to happen even when i start lofting, i know i'm screwed for the day.
