  • 8:37 so funny

  • One day I decided to speak only in quotes from this movie and the 1969 true grit at school...... My friends have fully accepted the fact that I'm not normal.

  • this movie is soo amazing i watched it when i was 6 or 7 but i watched ikt soo many times that my mom and dad ran to the other room whenever i brought out the movie :D it was incredible

  • I have forgotten how many funny moments were in this movie. It really gave it a unique touch! And Sissy Spacek was SOOO pretty in this movie. That was one time I think the Oscars got it right. However, at 5:02, one of the funniest moments got cut off! They are talking quietly about her having no wedding ring and that little kid sits sits up all of the sudden and says "BULL#%@^!" I usually do not think that a kid cussing is funny, but it worked here. Did YT make you take that scene out?

  • Thinks she can't sing? ha! She's crazy for thinkin that! She is an AMAZIN' singer one of the best!!

  • This is one of my favorite movies though. "Doo" reminds me of my Dad. :)

  • "That's it, baby....put the backdrop back on the bed."

    *dead* XD

  • hill billy show

  • @LJB85 well I'm proud to be a hill billy. that's just a compliment right there, lol

  • One of the absoulte best movies ever about the best singer EVER! <3 Loretta Lynn ( sadly I have never saw the whole movie, working on that though luckily the play it all the time on CMT)

  • "I cain't read this book, Doo. It's got all 'em great big ol' words in it. Now look here at this one. Look! That dadgum word is a foot long! Now what's a footlong word s'posed to mean, huh?"

  • @carl22069 you're right. that is priceless

  • 1:20 priceless

  • I may be ignorant but I ain't stupid!

  • Levon Helm shoulda got the award

  • The academy award should have gone to Levon Helm.

  • WAL*MART has Coal Miners Daughter the 25th Anniversary Edition.

  • Fun video; my favorite movie of all time! Coal Miner's Daughter. Yes. FIVE stars!!

  • Awesome movie...to me this is the bio film that all others aspire to.

  • ...and the more I laugh the hornier he gets! LMAO LOVE IT!

  • true, but if you grew up on a farm, you would have known a little bit about where babies came from.

  • i don't know who you are, but iknow what you are! LOL! Love it!

  • I love the feistiness in her...

  • I think Loretta Lynn is so awesome. I love the way she just tells it like it is! I can quote this movie all day!

  • great film! Inspiring footage as well!

  • Thank you so much for uploading this movie! I love this movie so much!

  • You sound like a ol bear or something.

  • Great clips! Thanks so much!

  • Thanks for picking out these lil gems in a great film! LOVE it!

  • Absolutely love LEVON HELM as Loretteeee's Daddy... One of the best drummers ("The Band") in the world.

  • Thats a WOMAN PIG!

  • This is one of my favorite movies,,Tommy Lee Jones deserved an Oscar for his performance and congrats Sissy on yours..Maybe time for Coal Miners Daughter 2 ?????

  • my favorite part is when doo's old boss gets murdered, and doo is telling his daddy that he wasn't working for him anymore. his daddy's comment is; 'at least you'd have been workin' for someone'

  • We should all get to "Actin -Horney" ,,and cut up a little bit.

  • Say what you want about Loretta's late husband, because it's true he wasn't perfect. And it does show that in this movie but not in this vid cause it's about funny moments. watch the movie again, cause it's there.I think you need to realize that Loretta says she has no regrets about their relationship and she loved him despite their hard times. She said "If I never met Doo, I would never have gotten out of Butcher Holler" They loved eachother, and that's the fact.

  • @Dorsai12 True to that. Everyone's relationship is different, and in the movie just as I bet as it was in real life, they grew even more together, which is what you are suppose to do. He could be hell on wheels, but he never denied his love for her. I remember she once said if he hadn't believed in her, she never would have made it.

  • tommy lee jones

    makes me melt

    :DDD

  • I just saw this movie for the first time a few weeks ago. The on screen chemistry between sissy and tommy lee is so real and deep. All of actors were amazing. Just a fantastic movie.

  • "Your not supposed to put salt in chocolate pie" If that aint the cutest mistake and sweetest face. I had the biggest crush on Sissy Spacek when I was a kid.. How I loved her twang in this movie and her sweet red hair. And when she said "Iam gonna kick the taarr outta of you!"

  • doolitte is the funniest. hehe.

  • One of my favorite movies thanks txcowgirl18.

  • =] i love when loretty chases that woman from doo's truck and calls her a woman pig!! good golly i love that part!! i started callin women I dont like sows now...lol!!

  • I absolutely love Levon Helm in this movie (Loretta's Daddy)... He's incredible...

  • He's also quite a hottie in this. :-P

  • thank realy thank you i have alway wanted to see that movie thank you

  • can u i have never seen the hole thing just on youtube and my mo said it's to much money

  • yeah no prob

I'll have it up in a little while

  • do u have the hole movie

  • you mean uploaded or just in my possesion?

I have the whole movie on dvd at my house but not uploaded on youtube

  • I can't believe the motel room scenes were left out.

  • I didn't think those parts were very funny.

YOu got the awkward wedding night in the motel when Doo forced Loretta to have sex and then they fought in the morning.

  • I didn't think they were either. It's sad, actually. First he forces himself on her, next day he slaps her.

but the scene where she reads the book is funny. "That dadgum word is a foot long!" lol.

  • she was 13 years old and noone told her about sex. supposedly when she was first pregnant, noone told her what it meant.

  • the wedding night scene disturbed me when I was younger!

  • it distubes everyone i think

  • @txcowgirl18 Your right, like my cousin's girlfriend says "Your not a girl"

  • the sugar/salt scene kills me. she's so sweet in that scene. Doo looks like he's going to die after he takes the bite of pie. lmao.

I'm listening to Coal miner's daughter on my ipod right now. lol.

  • great clips. I absolutly love this movie, Sissy spacek(as a matter of fact, my favorite actress) and of coarse Loretta Lynn.

This movie has a great deal of comedic moments as well as it's dramatic moments. Amazing film. One of my favoerites top 5.

  • This is a great movie! I watched it already a few times.
