  • The United States is working towards becoming a clean energy nation... For instance, it leads the world in terms of total wind power production. Texas has great potential for harnessing wind power. Although only 2% of the wind energy is used for the generation of power, it is targeted to reach 20% in the future. Pacific Crest Transformers is a transformer company that manufactures liquid-filled distribution transformers for the wind energy sector.

  • Unfortunately renewable energy is grossly over promoted and under produces. The only real competitor to fossil fuel energy is nuclear power. Suplimenation of renewable energy should be done but the technology isn't there for it to be the single source of our energy needs.

  • dipsomaniac's

  • green energy was the 21st century when global warming was true. It's over now

  • @MrSpamkiller Climate change is still occurring. The pollution and chemicals that humans have put into the earth are destroying this planet. We have the money and technology to make a difference.

  • blah blah blah nobody is listening to that crap anymore.

  • @MrSpamkiller

Riiiight...nobody is listening, except politicians, scientists, engineers, teachers, students, activists, and educated citizens.

  • Conspiracies aren't theories if they've been proven; such as the global warming hoax :P
