big phil its not that the wastegate is the wrong size its receiving the wrong signal please take the signal from the compressor housing this will solve all your problems IM will read very different, ive watch nearly all ur videos. Ur a good guy and i love the Z, please big phil give this a try unplug the port on ur compressor housing and run it to the bottom of ur wasregate then T into it, run the T to the conroller input then the controller output into the top port of ur WG. will work perfect
Phil, the bottum hose of the wastegate needs to go on the compressor. Not on the manifold. Keep up the posting! Always been lookin your video's. Even before I started megasquirting. Grtz Florus

Phil, this is Wizardblack. HZ is down right now and I don't have audio at work. A couple things:
The upper port should be left open to atmosphere. The lower port should be fed vacuum through the GReddy solenoid. Make sure the dipswitches on the EBC are appropriate. The GReddy solenoid has to be mounted a particular way for it to work. I don't think you can have it upside down, as it appears to be. I will review again when I have audio and HZ is up.
I got it set up per the manual. with the bottom to manifold, and top to atmosphere it still creeps. I think i need a bigger WG and place it in a better spot on the manifold
Bugger. Starting to sound like that. One last thing was to check the WG diaphragm for a faint pinch line. I heard it would hold 9 psi in the past? It should easily hold higher boost, then.
I have the same problem with my 240sx sr20det
I run 15 psi old the time but now star creep to 20 psi
in my case is the cold weather

if your BC is off you should only get the psi that the WG spring is rated to. Yo dont have a 25pound spring right?
