  • I would pay to watch this day in and out ^^

  • People this is FAKE!

The punishment for not winning is getting cut your hands off!

  • I'm German, and this is absolutely real; I watch this show religiously on ARD every week. I swear! :P

  • German shepard at the end FTW :D

  • I am German and I loved it! Are there more "episodes" including Stackenblochen?

  • @huswsimonbla

no, there are some other versions, but not that funny....

  • @mongolenpup ja, weiss ich ;) at least it sounds funny and could really be some "old" german word :D

  • @mongolenpup ah ok, do you also know what german word they wanted to imitate? or is it just random?

  • stackenblochen sounds dutch, not german!

  • @mongolenpup oh yeah, post a similiar video about some US prejudices on youtube and you will see all the hillbillies come out of their holes and flame in the comments.

however, i'm german and i love this video. but i will never get why they call it "stackenblochen" and what it should mean?!

  • OMG, what nonsense1

  • Comment removed

  • this song is an easter egg in the game crysis 2

  • XD this is hilarious.

not to be taken too seriously ;)

  • I just remembered seeing this air live a number of years ago and had to check to see if it was on here. Now to see if I can find "Der schnauzer hurlen".

  • I don't know what it is, but I can't get the Stackenblochen theme song out of my head!

  • ITS MEIN NEIN STACKENBLOCHEN!

  • lol germans lack self distance.

  • @RasLevi self distance?

  • @TheEthug

    self distance (plural self-distances)

The ability to critically reflect on yourself and your relations from an external perspective.

Ironic humor is an instance of the more general phenomenon of self-distance (Contemporary Philosophy of Social Science, By Brian Faypage, Page 33)

  • @RasLevi ahh i c

  • funny shit lmfao

  • also ich weiß nicht was ihr habt leute, das ist zum totlachen :D

dieses spiel darf auf keinem kindergeburtstag fehlen

  • Oh my god, this reminds me at school: In german middleschool we had these stockenblochen lessons twice a week - all these horrible punishements when i failed to arrange the items at right angle! But the autobahn lessons at highschool were pure fun: try to drive as fast as you can - without any speed limit :)))

  • @proteus03 Into shitty VW ;)

  • @BlaugranaFAN as i can see from your channel you prefer shitty ford focus ;) sry, just kidding, don't meant to insult.

  • @proteus03 Good one :). Sry that cause in Poland some idiots buy VW Passat and be proud like having a Mercedes S Class :). Also a younger guys buys a Golf Mk3 or Mk5 and thinking - oh I'm so awsome, my car is so awsome! And last but not least - VW is in Poland a most shitty tuned cars... Definitely I prefer a Audi or Opel :)

  • @BlaugranaFAN Hey, I had a VW Passat myself :) But orignal design not tuned in any way and an old 80ies hatchback model that is not longer build nowadays. But the Focus Turnier that i had as rental car i liked too.

  • @proteus03 And I can't say a bad word for Focus :P.

  • The sadest truth about this video is, it looks like a spoof on some dutch or belgium behaviors...

  • Even ''Mary Christmas'' in german sounds like command to kill. Horrible language

  • @devouver

i prefer to say merry christmas, but im just a stupid german who would say "fröhliche weihnachten", cuz it's so horrible

  • @devouver that's what makes it so awesome to shout German at people who don't understand it!

  • Wow, that's so offensive but just quite the giggle. Everyone needs to be able to laugh at themselves anyway

  • i wish we had shows like this i really do. at least we have the autobahn so now im gonna speed down there like wtf in my BMW 135i. for the lulz

  • 61 people couldn't arrange the items at right angle.

  • im german and its exactly like in this show.

    i hate it.

    (not the vid, germany)

  • Im also german and i don't get the problem. It really wasn't straight ;)

  • FUCK IT WERE GONNA DO IT LIVE

  • Lol, I'm german and Stackenblochen doesn't mean anything in german. If anything, it sounds like a dutch word.

  • Thick yanks, probably think it's real. Cunts.

  • @kieron0000 Can't just sit back and enjoy a little bit of good 'ol humor? Shame! Shame on us Americans for having a laugh! Cunt.

  • Epic Video, even if i am german

i had to cry at the

    " ICH SAG NEIN STACKENBLOCHEN!!!!!"

    ahahahahaha xD

  • I need an mp3 of that theme song

  • I had such a good laugh about me when I found myself spending over half an hour on arranging my 14 desktop widgets in right angles.

And yes, I'm German – it seems to be in my genes as I wasn't even aware that I was doing nothing else than single pixel movements for half an hour :-)

  • @gwarth Oh, I found the screenshot… (seems no links allowed in the comments section, you'll figure – right?):

h++p[colon][slash][slash] bit [dot] ly [slash] bbbRtZ

  • @gwarth Umm ... half an hour? All my windows, apps and widgets come with 90° out of the box. No arranging needed.

  • I almost wet myself....

    geetings from germany

  • i found this:

noun - derived from Stacken Blochen: a compulsion to stack, center, and otherwise arrange the sides of things at right angles, sometimes harnessed into a technique to making messy spaces *look* organized even when they're not, and sometimes simply the onset of OCD.

    "Your apartment is so organized!"

"Not really, I just have excellent stackenblochen."

  • question from germany: what tha hell is the meaning of "Stackenblochen" ?

    xD

    can somebody tell me?

  • @5olano It's nonsense...it's supposed to be a compound word but it really means nothing at all.

  • Comment removed

  • I don't know how you feel watching this, but looking at my desk i have a feeling that it is desperate need of some stackenblochen.

  • so ein Scheiß^^... hahaha hilarious

  • Absolutely great! :-)

    Greetings from germany

  • The truth is: our real TV gameshows are much more stupid than this. I love the word "Stackenblochen", which has absolutely no meaning in german, but it sounds like.

  • @mandrich hahaha ja das is absolut korrekt !

  • Whats so funny? I dont get it, dont you guys have that show in the US?

  • Was zum Geier soll den Stackenblochen sein???

  • Comment removed

  • MAANN I regret that I've never see that comedy before in our country xD I'm german too, and these jokes about our nation rule :P I just wonder how they came to the name "stachenblochen" (what the heck ?^^) ? XD

  • Man that show rules!! I am German and I've never watched it before... too bad xD

    Lg

  • @Cloudrunner1deluxe

Junge das ist mir schon klar. Sowas nennt man Ironie... Meine Fresse -.-

  • looks like something from monty python :P (i mean the style)

  • GREAT! :D i wanna see this show in real! hahahaha . . . NOT! but admit it..it is funny!

  • i lold

    and im german :>

  • tztztz all wrong the show ist called the Rechter Winkel Sendung and that must be americans how can she make the angel so wrong that can not be a german woman

  • Sorry, but I define funny in a different way.

  • Was sagt der Kollege? "Es ist mein nein Stackenblochen!" ? wtf :D

  • yay! fun! :D

  • hillarious (I'm german too). This show would have been THE SHOW in 1940 xDD

  • I am German, and I think it´s hilarious. Our jokes on other nations may be even harder... Conan is great!

And true, Stackblochen isn´t even a word or whatsoever.

  • I need that song.

  • :D i love it and i am german:D

  • Clearly it was, but you're an idiot and are trying to cover it up now.

  • Funny is, it really sounds german even thougt it's not at all... lol!

And that a lot of people around the world will believe, that german game shows look like that;)

  • This reminds me of the day when I won Stackenblochen the third time.

The fuhrer Angela Merkel awarded me the Iron Cross for superior knowledge and use of right angles!

  • @UlkOgan

    Herzlichen Glueckwunsch!

  • I'm german and i've never heard the word "stackenblochen" before!

but the video is funny enough ;).

  • I need more of this song.

    Stackenblochen!

  • its funny because no one really talks in this way in germany...

even funnier when americans try to speak german..

    always sounds funny...

    stackenblochen..wtf...

  • @highfive96

DOCH SPRECHEN DIE DEUTSCHE ZU! All the time!

  • @enzedbrit

your sentence doesnt make ANY sense..

  • @highfive96 It wasn't meant to.

  • @enzedbrit

ok i get it now ;-)

  • I've seen this 10 times, everytimes I see it I keep laughing harder and harder. Stackenblochen!

  • my favorite tv-show in german television ^^

  • it's not fake.

I am from Germany and my uncle is a government-proved dog-trainer for stackenblochen.

I don't understand this agitation. Foreign gameshows are much more weird like this "takeshis castle" with those asian guys.

  • I do not hope that people really think that this is a game show in Germany.

I am German and I can't tell you what the fuc* Stackenblochen means O_o

But anyway it is funny, especially the German shepherd dog at the end

  • Is that Ian Roberts?

  • hahah i am german .. and what the hell is stackenblocken?

  • @ metactyl Stack 'em Block (ens) as in stack them blocks haha

  • Man, the theme song is so addicting!!

    Stackenblochen~ <3

  • Stackenblochen isnt a word in german. I'm beginning to think this is fake.

  • I'm beginning to think you're a retard

  • That's because it IS fake.

  • @SHOPATTHEMALL you're joking, right?

  • I created a bored game in high school based on this skit that was impossible to win. Unfortunately at that age I had no way of having people beaten by the gestapo when they lost.

  • Jaaaa, wunderbares Video.

I'm watching Stackenblocken every sunday and loving it. Dare you people calling that show fake!

  • Stop giving people fake hopes! :'(

  • its an amazing show. elite of german television!

  • @Bowserfuzzi I am German, and have to say it is unfortunally not a real show, but it would beat most of the other German Telivision ...

  • I think the woman in this video is one of the head writers at The Onion. If you look at some of their round-table discussion videos you'll recognize her.

  • I wish we had shows like this in Germany; I would watch tv again...

  • Cant understand the word Stackeblocken, even I'm german. Still I laughed hard ;D

  • so was dummes ey

  • I love this vid :D

  • I've been looking for this for a long time! Thanks!!!

  • hard, but funny

  • ja, i waaatch ze stacken blochen eeverzry weekent, its ZE ultra fun here, zats how we raise our schildren to pröper germans who are göod and ze correct ja ja....JAWOHL herr obersturmführer!

  • [nichtlustig]hahalololorolf[/nichtlustig]

  • German people, chillax. We don't see you that way, we know you're modern and all that jazz. I think this is more just absurd satire ON German stereotypes.

  • haha wie lustig :D

@badbabybear1 belive me,.. your are an exception,... i have seen and heared a lot of things from fellow american citizens :D

    this stereotype has his cause.

  • we see your grandfathers this way only

  • oh man wasn müll :-D

  • Where can i download the song?

Great rhytm, would be perfect to drive on the autobahn, moving american tourists into right angles beside the road.

Thats the typical german game for regular people.

Come over and play with us.

    Its great fun!

  • Dumm?

  • sackgesichtigereierwärmenderklötenschrubbenderwixpirat

  • Comment removed

  • NEIN!

  • God looka ata the doga. Mama Mia!

  • This show is great! I watch it every Sunday and i try to arrange items at right angles myself or in partnership with my friends!

Now you know why germany is the country of humor!

  • Yes, it really exists! And the language is german too!

  • ach aber so gebrochenes deutsch.. naya die leute denken ja auch heute noch hitler lebt.. was will man machen

  • in deiner Fantasie vieleicht

  • sad that we dont have a show like stochenblochen over here in germany :(

    i would watch... XD

  • I bet Germans secretly do this kind of stuff for fun. :P

  • Hahaha XD

  • Lmao :)

  • *being german*

stackenblochen is probably put together from the words "to stack" and "block", believing germans would write it "bloch".

I like the concept of the game show and I am actually thinking it could become a succes on RTL II! It's better than "giulia in love" or "bauer sucht frau" anyway ;-)

  • hahah :-) hahahah :-)

    duhast dso verdammt recht!

  • -.- CONGRATULATIONS !!! The evil germans, the krauts... Britain really stucks in the 40's,i can say that, i was there ^^

  • Ach du meine güte was soll denn das sein und was bedeutet überhaut Stackenblochen deuetsch ist es ja nicht oder?

  • I remember seeing this on TV a long time ago. Hilarious. What makes this even funnier is all the people who come on here and insist we understand that it's not actually on TV in Germany nor is it a word. haha! No shit. Guess what, the sexual harassing skeleton isn't a real show either.

  • ROFL, so funny.

Stackenblochen is not even a German word. But I have heard it so often in english contexts, and always hilarious.

Ist mal 'was Neues. :D

  • thats the funiest thing that i have ever seen about gemans (im a german). that so cool

  • germans aren´t so, but its funny!

    --Very funny--:-)

  • lol

  • You mean "Scheißkopf" and it is an American word to insult someone while trying to sound German. The word isn't used in the German language. Haha, where are you from?

  • LOL i laughed! and im german... btw, "Stackenblochen" doesnt exist. sounds funny though :D

  • ok, you mean another germany then i live in...

  • funny, even if i don't know what "stackenblocken" should meen ... btw german ...

  • i'm from germany and

i also don't know the word

  • Dude ;D Wtf... it's a joke ;D
