Religion for me is about Abrahamism.

Jews, Christians, and Muslims should be united. I myself am Christian by choice.

Food should be two times a day and in proportions equal to your daily energy output.

God made no animal unpure for his creations are perfect. Food should be cooked clean and with care to avoid disease.

Well those are my views. The book seems very interesting and I will check it out!

@xxDanielTM93xx I disagree with one thing, the idea of all animals being pure.. They may not be unpure in the sense of just existing and co-existing with us, but it can be unpure for us to eat. I believe pork has more disadvantages then advantages in consumption.

True, some points in the book are great. If you have a slave like mentality when it comes to eating, this book can change your life. There are also some things I disagree with such as being about to live 120 plus years old and also eating just one meal a day.

There is a woman in the Soviet Republic of Georgia named Antisa Khvichava who is 131 years old this year. There are people in the east that eat by the method described in the book and live long lives.

Here is something else. If Elijah Muhammad, said that by eating one meal a day and the right kind of foods, you can prolong your life and live. He, himself lived to be 77, which is pretty young compared to 120+. So it is possible that even if you do prescribe to How to Eat To Live there has to be other factors involved. He said that the black man lived to be a 1,000. Now that is probably impossible.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad was an older man when he was taught and began to apply the teachings to his life, so how he ate and treated his health prior to that would have an effect. Elijah cited Biblical patriarchs such as Methuselah as examples of persons who have lived that long because of how they ate.
