well to me, i think singapore has its phases just like its people do. the earliest ndp songs are about working tgt cus sg was still in its early days. then they had a gap, cus everyone's so busy building sg. then from the 1st home in 1998 to the 2nd home in 2004, they've settled down n are happy with how they've made sg to be. 2005 with taufik the 1st sg idol, we've gone on with our own individual dreams. 2006-2008 are reminders that we are one. and 2009 is a self-reflection. =)
