Change that HKS BOV to something else, or at least get a stock Evo IX BOV, since. HKS BOV is known for leaks. I had it in my Evo, and it ran like crap. Gave me weird idle, and my RPM drops really fast. So, I installed my Evo IX BOV, and it ran like a champ. Problem is if I pass 21psi, I have to go aftermarket. I'm gonna go Synapse Syncronic BOV...

When you VTA it is unmetered air being blown out to the air so when your VTA it causes a rich condition between shifts and you go through plugs like every 2-3 months. So no there is no way to tune for it with the stock MAS.
