Leopard gecko care vidio Part 1

Hey dude nice videos, i was wondering if anybody could give me a few tips, basically im thinking of getting some leopard geckos (probably 2) and i was wondering what gender to get because i don't want to get a male and a female and have them breed and i was wondering if i got 2 males would they fight? i need your help to basically tell me whats the best combination of gender to get so they do not breed or fight?

Kinglaz85 you need to use somin like calcium sand because that linar wont absorb heat all the heat will flow and circulate within your tank making it hot you should get a new substreat and have more ventilation

Hey I may have a problem my warm side keeps over heating in the high 90's to 100.... I have a repti therm under tank heather for 50-60 gallon tank...I have a 50 gallon tank and I'm using green Terrarium liner as substrate...got any tips???

Do you have to keep the crickets in a tank and gut load them before you give them to the geko?

2-4 usually everyday, if he's shedding, id say 4-7.

Nice geckos im planning on getting my first one in a couple of days and was wondering when i go to the pet shop if i should take a critter keeper or somthing for the ride home or do they provide a box to hold the gecko inside? Might be a stupid question lol!

You might want to bring the vivarium with you or atleast some thing small that you gecko will feel comortable in

i have recently bought 2 leopard geckos right and the 1 seems real healthy and everything but the other seems somewhat emo/depressed. what would b the cause of this? would it still b in shock for transfiring from pet store or what??

my leopard gecko has been on sand since it was about 2 and she has been fine i use play sand for mine and keep an eye on when she is eating and so on and she is fine

Ive had 2 gecos for 3 years i live in the usa and instead of using normal sand i use calcium sand which disolves in the stomach and because of it i have not had to use very much calcium powder on their food so its good for them

that is the very worst type of sand to buy it is called calci sand and it clumps up in your geckos stomach and kills them very slowly and painfully. DO NOY USE IT !!!!!
