Now, for your question though. YOu asked "if id picked up ALL the water". I will have to say no, as you can see in your vid. HOWEVER, I won't deny that it did quite a good job. I actually thought it was going to pick up it ALL. BUT, it was also true that it didn't pick up ALL of it. So, unfortunately, Bounty Fails, LOL.
it did the job, if you just squeezed one side it would have been able to fit into the small hole holding that small puddle. It's called the quicker picker upper for a reason! ;)
