This is beyond beautiful, and you're an amazing piano player, and we're all lucky you decided to share this with us. So, if I may be so bold to suggest an improvement to something already pretty much perfect, I thought I'd point out that one chord sounds a bit off.

In the best part (where the lead notes go A - B - C# - D - E, etc.), the chord progression you're doing is A - C#m - F#m - C#m - D - B - C3m....I think it's actually A - C#m - F#m - C#m - D - Dm - C#m. Try it out.
