Flashy, but has absolutely no use in a actualy hockey game. Only time you would be able to pull off a small selection of those tricks is in a shootout, and even with that your banking on the hope of confusion rather than a hard shot to block. Other than that, it's like shadowboxing, you have no opponent to put your skills to the test and your really not achieving anything when it comes down to actually using what your "training" yourself with.
