i was like, oh that is not that much weight, but then i saw the bands. damn

Not that it really matters that much (because it still is a leg press) but the carriage weighs over 400 pounds. It's the widest and longest footplate on the market. Its also unilateral and bilateral - meaning it weights a ton. Dave should still be using more weight than that.

@UofO08 i said the same thing but when i saw the kid thats when i was like dame thats a ton good liftin lol cant wait till i have a kid so i can intruduce him to weights since noone did it for me
