@GBBODYBUILDING I used to lift back in high school and did a lot of curls. Haha too many in fact. So after not lifting for 4 years, I still had somewhat of a good base when it came to arms but they were all fat and weak, so I had to regain a lot of what I had.

You have really big arms. But you should work on your chest a bit more because there is an imbalance between those muscle groups, in my opinion. Still great work and good luck....

@MrFifaVids I did lift in high school, but I wasn't serious enough about my diet to make really significant gains....plus all I focused on was arms and that is why they are a bit unproportioned. I stopped working out completely a year after high school when I was 19 and I didn't touch weights and ate like complete shit for the next four years until July of last year, when I began to lift again. My diet didn't change much though until December last year. Since then it has been on point.
@shawnmc94 I couldnt agree with you more. The thing is I do work my legs just as intensely if not more than the rest of my body. I really just dont have the best genetics for legs. But please dont take that as a copout. I will overcome it!
