Alright for me it was in 1987 in Tampa, my Homie from Pompano Beach (Dj Jay Santiago) gave me my 1st JP tape. At that piont I was down!

It took the whole state over and never really left. Do you remember all the spin off's? Like Bass Dial, and Panty Boys? I even was slowing down,mixing and selling "jam Pony" style tapes.

Funny thing is 16 years later when I lived in Germany, they knew about Jam Pony in Europe.

And it was STILL the jump off...that's crazy!
