yea this video is a fake, don't get me wrong backup loaders are real i use one, one way to tell this video is fake is the lack of sensor bar lights, any camera even webcams can see the sensor bar lights. our human eye cannot see it because its in the infrared spectrum. no lights = wii was never on. go to Wiiso there are many loaders to choose from there

I have both the NTSC and PAL version and they are both freezing in the same place: I am using Gecko OS. The first part of the game is when you are going to see Peach to get the gift, but when I walk up the hill and get to the bottom, there there is a big circle with a bunch of Toads are standing around, or the town if you wanna call it that, I am not sure if a movie is suppose to start but my screen will go black and nothing will happen, has anyone else experienced this??

just google wii iso loader then follow the instructions on instalation

theres a good video on here that shows the instalation process and gives the files all ready for your sd card

cool vid mate cinematics seam to run very smooth. i have burned 3 games for my loader so far and they all work well. i have burned at x8 speed as some on the cinematics were slow at x3 and still work well at that speed. thanks again for sharing your video.

there is a way around that as it does it on my one too.

simply search for a game save for the pal region or euro and it takes you past the village however whenever you enter the village it will still freeze

try grt the usa version as the new iso loader is region free and plays all region disks

and some other relavent stuff including cheat codes forthis game :)

p.s yes even though thegame is 100% you can still replay levels and get stars but stars wont be counted if you already have that star

it has a gui with options for your wii region and setup if you get the problem with B/W game play this fixes it

Sorry for my comments earlier. While it is still POSSIBLE for this to be fake, this looks like the most real video so far out of any projects or hoaxes. I have regained trust in you. Good luck on this endeavor.

1. Will it work on both NTSC and PAL?

2. What system menus can it use (3.2 and 3.3?)?

4. Will it be possible to do the necessary changes to the ISO with a Mac or a Linux pc?

yes it should do, im on 3.2 at the moment, just downgrade if 3.3 doesnt work when this is out, linux and windows only for editing, and waninkoko, there were a few people that added very small things to it as far as i know

i would love to know what that extra text says when you launch the game. it looks like you have added extra checks/fixes as the game is first loaded.

i think you should have people with different wii drive types beta test this to see what kind of read speed you get/if it works.

i have a d2c2 wii (no modchip) and am willing to test :> as others will be i'm sure...
