I can't understand why you criticize that people that are just doing thei job in a good way. Flight attendants are trained to repeat that commands until the aircraft comes to a complete stop. That's because there are passangers, like the woman, that wants to see the situation outside. As consequence of the commands people are more likely to adopt the brace position. The aircraft could also have overrun and the impact would have been hard.. So.. Many compliments to the flight and cabin crew!!!
