Ino was very confident of taking down Kuroda's Elena from the first round but in the end he got a bit scared, braced himself up a bit, and got owned anyway.
@cuervogold247 Theres a particular frame where some chars loose thier...I guess consistency? Its hard to describe but you can dash thru your opponents when that happens but its super hard to spot. People mostly utilize it when they sweep the opponent then dash thru on the wake up.
gotta love the music in this damn game...i mean even the selection screen is freakin awesome...oh awesome match btw ;)...big fan of kurodas Q but this Elena is nice to watch 2
At Daigo's prime he was one of the highest ranked players in Japan but he was not the BEST in JAPAN, Daigo is an overall SUPREME street fighter player but there aer better 3S players in general
no need to search, in further dicussion of a kara throw, it takes the frames and movement from an input then quickly uses those frames to throw, thus giving the player more range to thro.
If you would of simply scrolled down and see what we was talking about. Did you ever think about doing that first before you jumped in?
Anyways let's get one thing straight, there's a degree of "luck" in everything....but logically it means either you win or lose. If you screw up, it's all on you right?

Oh boy....more discussion over 3's. I want in. I don't see what people see in Daigo. He's the best? Then logically it means that he can never be beaten....but we know he's been beaten before by other top players around the world. He's good with Ken no doubt, but if your wanting to prove a point, it's POINTLESS to say he's the best..or even the best Ken. The word "best" is simply an opinionated title anyways.
How does it follow that someone who's the best can never be beaten? There's always a degree of luck involved, especially in something like SF3. I've seen a video of Kokujin getting double perfected. Certainly it'd be easier to identify someone as "the best" if they never got beaten, but that doesn't mean you can't make a fairly justified opinion on who you think is the best.
I hope you don't always promote logic in your comments if you slightly fail at it.
Did you bother to scroll down and see what I said?
I said that saying he's the best is illogical, it's a matter of your opinion. I meant that he is one of the best players that I'VE (read that caps lock buddy) seen, but he's not THE BEST EVER.
Gawd. Kuroda is a monster. I expected Ino to finish him quickly, seeing as Kuroda is a bit better but was using a low-tier char. I guess Kuroda stuffed a fat one down my throat that time.
what youre saying is... one or two games decides who has the better ken. that simply doesnt mean anything. the person could have had a bad day, lack of sleep, nervous, just had a bad game, and made some bad mistakes.
guess what? i beat isseis yun with my ryu the first time we played. does that mean im better than him? no because he probably wasnt familiar with my style and just had a bad game. im sure he can cream me 10-0 if he wanted too.
Logic =/= Math. but I guess that's asking to much of someone who spends all their time riding on daigo's cock.
according to your logic daigo is the best simply because you say it. when I give you some sort of proof showing you're wrong you give excuses like being nervous and lack of sleep. you know what that is? that's called ignorance.
if daigo was the best he wouldn't need excuses for losing. especially from some random fanboy on youtube.
I completely agree with him on this that player/player matchups are situational and fairly random. But I disagree with him because I think MOV and probably Kuroda are better than Daigo.
dude, that discussion was dead even before you started. I'll bet ten bucks the other guy just picks chun and stays back in the corner and thinks himself to be a grand champion.
@AtanasL Erm no your wrong, Daigo was the number one ranked street fighter 3s player in Japan at the time of him playing and as well as that he won numerous tournaments against players such as Kuroda all over Japan, to say that his one accomplishment was the evo moment is ignorant and leads me to believe you know nothing about the scene. Theres a reason why Daigos so respected, and its because hes been the best and won tournaments at numerous fighting games including 3s.
.... 10 month old comment is 10 months old. people can learn allot in a year and you're calling me a moron? those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
That proves that you didn't know anything about the scene back then and your points used back then are hereby invalid. Why argue something you don't know about? Stick to fps or some shit kid.

I second that...too bad many of the great 3rd Strike players don't switch characters more often. Boss' Makoto is far more interesting than his Yun, as is KO's. And PinoAB7 as Oro is vastly entertaining. If I never saw Nuki's Chun-LI or Nitto's Yun again, it would be too soon.

not at third strike he isn't.
ken vs ken against alex valle and he lost.
he also lost the finals to a Yun.
and I've seen him get decimated by a dudley player. (don't remember his name but the video is on youtube.)
only thing he actually accomplished on this game was the evo moment vs justin.
