I have been on vitamin D3 supplements for over 3 months to get my levels back up. However, my symptoms of lack were pains in arms muscles and shoulders and lack of strength. 3 days after started taking pills the pains in my forearms subsided and went away mostly.

Actually taking my shirt off in the sun, and having direct sunlight onto the shoulders and upper arms, in 4 sessions of 10 mins each, took away most of the pain in those areas too. But didn't do shirt off till 3 mnths later. Sun needed.

I cut it up into 2 inch squares (scissors) then set in deep dish stainless steel for the oven, ste temp at 220. Stirring frequently. After about four hours u have a liquid and crispy squares, Pour in jars for storage. (hot pack) The squares i give as dog treats. Belly layers from swine thats been grain fed will result in yellow runny lard. (veg oil-lard)

How would delivering toxic chemicals (not saying they are, because the Chemicals commonly proposed to be in Chemtrails tend to be high reactive with oxygen, or highly reactive in general) modify the weather? They cant. And you see more contrails than before is because air travel has become a norm, with more planes in the air at a time.

And learn the definition of theory, PLEASE.

Theory: collection of concepts, including abstractions of observable phenomena expressed as quantifiable properties, together with rules (called scientific laws) that express relationships between observations of such concepts.

As opposed to Conspiracy Theories (Fringe Theories) which are the foil to scientific theories.
