put a capo on the second fret and you can actually play the canon in d instead of c....will sound better too

the capo actually changes the key... just use different chords lohh... i dun really like capo unless no choice...

Right, fishcanon. I have no problem with "Canon in D" played in C when it means chords that I can manage. :-) Capo it if paired with other instruments playing in D but this is fine for noodling around. Great, even.
