  • What a condescending prick!

  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.

  • The pre cooked hamburger meat is so nasty.

  • $22 DOLLARS!? OH JOY!

  • I would eat her pus**

  • @iwantmedibud Seriously?.....seriously? What the fuck.

  • #1 Get 5 woman pregnant

    #2 Pump Brest milk

#3 Drink How is milk from a cow better than milk from a human? Its a fucking cow!

  • This is definitely helpful! Especially as i'm a student and on a budget with my food! Yet i don't want to live off cheap noodles everyday! x

  • i ate my own shit,,, it makes me healthy and save budget

  • "Pay your grocer now or pay your doctor later." Simple as that. Investing in good food is investing in your future health. Find a way to eat healthy, it is critical. For example, someone mentioned spices are expensive. Buy organic in bulk, it is WAY, WAY cheaper....like astonishingly cheaper. Keep your old spice bottles and refill them for pennies. That's just one example to save money eating healthier.

  • its very good coocking website i am very intrest in this

  • great vedio.

  • PsycheTruth:

Can you give me some websites that give coupons on items that are NOT prepackaged? I just think it's ironic how you mention to use coupons to save money, but a lot of times: I find that coupons are for prepackaged items or items you consider "not healthy".

  • meh... I don't know about some of these tips. I don't use coupons. Most of the time the generic brands are going to be cheaper than a name brand even with a coupon.

Whenever i go to a farmer's market, it's usually the same price or sometimes more than at the grocery store. I grow as much of my own veggies as I can... barely costs anything except the seeds and water and some time and effort. Plus, it's guaranteed organic and heirloom.

  • I like your tips. The videos I've watch all have an honest look which is great

  • i noticed spices are not cheap either.

  • There's no coupons for fruit & veggies & fresh meats.

  • Cost vs. Convenience. Very good narrow down of the excuses. Now what excuse will overweight people use?

  • love this

  • GO VEGAN!

  • bonealiscios

  • SHOP AT KROGER STORES SUCH AS FRY's!!!! cheapest stores!!

  • you are great. thanks for the info

  • Try my recipes on my channe l!! You could lose weight !!

  • seriously do, i like ur vids. great info. i getting tired of fast foods.

  • Natalie, u r so hot! omg, was that an earthquake or did u just rock my world.

  • I've been going through a lot of your vids - really great stuff.

  • Michelle Obama’s $4.5 billion "Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act" mandates broke school districts to grow gardens and have salad bars, but it begs the question why can’t the existing system be revamped to give children healthier choices without costing a fortune.

    .

It also takes $2.2 Billion away from the Food Stamp Program to fund it. Currently the US pays some farmers not to grow food, and Michelle is on Sesame Street using Elmo to push it.

    .

    Allen West 2012

  • @Gothikification so are you saying Michelle Obama is forcing poor schools to grow gardens and actually make already obese kids eat healthy *GASP*. I could be wrong here, but if the existing system could be revamped, they would. that or the existing system doesn't give a dam about the kids and are only worried about money in their pocket. I say this because the US health care makes quite a bit of $ per person. people eating healthier = people BEING HEALTHIER + less doctors visits= less $ for them

  • eating healthy= being healthy. I don't have a lot of money to eat healthy, but I certainly don't have the money to pay for treatments for diseases that caused by eating unhealthy. I'm telling you: diabetes, clogged vains, heart failure, CVA, osteoporosis. and so on and so on. if you thought it stopped by just being fat? you're dead wrong. literally

  • Rich ppl go to farmers markets. They are nice for organics but it's expensiver. Mexican or oriental markets are soo much cheaper. But of course they are probably genetically modified foods that have a lot of pesticides/neurotoxins carcinogens and sterilents. But then again even the organic crops have get poured with artificial barium salted rains courtesy of our government forcing rain on certain areas with chem trails.

So, ur screwed with USA foods.

  • @pccchurch expensiver is not a word.....why should anyone listen to you when you don't even know how to spell.

  • This video has no understanding of low income lifestyle. A LOT of low income people live on government SNAP programs, which aren't accepted at a lot of farmers markets. Coupons are almost always for junk food. Buying sauce, crusts, toppings and seasonings for a pizza costs WAY MORE than a frozen 99 cent pizza, and fresh vegetables are ungodly expensive, especially out of season. Idk if its a location thing, but yeah. This video is awful.

  • @KingPiccoloDaimao I understand your frustration, but unfortunately having the money for nutritious food has always been the problem with low income families and will continue to be a problem. It's a trap that can't be avoided, the only way is to acquire more wealth.

  • @2snipe1 I would totally agree with you EXCEPT for the fact that Im poor and guess what I did....I went and got assistance. If people out there dont ask for help they wont receive it. There are plenty of services out there for families in need people just like to make excuses to not eat healthy, get fat. and blame it on someone besides themselves. Im sorry guys but Natalie is right...there are things that are important and ARE A NECESSITY and then there are things that are not so important..

  • @tonicrocks26 Thank you so much for saying this! I thumbs up you =) I wanted to say this but lacked the experience and knowledge to do so.

  • @2snipe1 No problem! I just feel like a lot of people have their priorities wrong, and thats fine if they dont have the "time" to eat healthy but its really not that expensive to grab a couple of things that are healthy for you while in the grocery store. I am on benefits and I manage to do just fine. Its just irritating to see people use the fact that they are poor to eat unhealthy.

  • @KingPiccoloDaimao If you've ever been to a Chinese supermarket, you'd find produce such as tomatoes that were 89 cents a pound, as oppose to $2.99 a pound in a regular food market

  • Fresh and Easy store

  • Thanks for sharing this. Great tips to follow in the new year.

  • @tijzzle2da then look for stuff at the 99 cent store then! rude person don't call her that.. ur trashy.

  • It really depends on which farmer's market you go to. I've been to many where the food was more expensive than the store.

  • its pronounced coopons not ceeyupowns

  • Cheep healthy diet food, boiled split breast chicken with veg pepper, salt, and hot sauce, NO RANCH...... Tuna in water mixed with nothing on wheat..... shrip has no fat andmajor protein.....1%ft cottage cheese fills you up........celery is great filler with almost no nutrition.........no oils, always ketchup or hot sauce!!!

  • bitch im poor i need some healthy 99cent store shit.

  • @tjizzle2da and a grammar lesson.

  • @tjizzle2da ...Hahahahahahaaa...same here :)

  • @tjizzle2da = bitch.

  • @LloydChristmas777 your username is the only bitch here.

  • @tjizzle2da, I'm sure that makes sense to you somehow in your infant mind.

  • awsome video.. and very true

  • Great Video !!

  • I love to support my local farmers market! Natalie is right ~whole foods are the way to go! Thanks for the video! Another good tip to save lots of $ on groceries is visit

  • best Asian women **lushfmlk.info**

  • Shes cute

  • Good tip to eat before going food shopping!

  • thank you so very much.

I found that I simply replaced the meat and horrible foods I once bought with raw fruits and veggies . I spent less now than before and I am so please.

  • get rid of the music its distracting

  • @Lacoux i agree

  • Natalie is so right on this, show me a healthy restaurant also??? Not many of those around although some claim to be HA!!! Great video Natalie thanks

  • healthy food is so not cheap in my country and there is no coupons of any kind

  • I love the conclusion. So true!

  • Very true. People's priorities are out of line. Most would rather eat food that's cheap or convenient even if it's wreaking havoc on their health.

  • learn which foods grwo locally , wild , organic and free.

  • good helpful hints- appreciate it, has any of you tried Rimmel's latest product line?! its difficult to get cosmetics in Sweetwater yet you can obtain amazing samples of make-up through "GratisMakeupSamples"! their awesome.

  • i'll just starve. saves money and time haha.

  • Good video.

  • There is a lot of good information here. What I am looking for in addition to this is what foods to buy that will stretch, what I can make ahead (for convenience, which is necessary in today's busy world), etc.

  • When she's talking about the flavoring your own yogurt & stuff it occurred to me that flavoring your own foods can actually be more fun than buying pre-flavored. You can mix flavors & find exactly what you like.

  • I would like to add this girl is really cute

  • these are good tips. however, check my channel for a great home made meal replacement shake that I use to stay full and fueled towards my goal of getting an eight pack. Its cheap and easy

  • Nice Tips and advices as always.:P

  • shut up & get naked.nice boobies

  • OMG!! I totally needed this. I have decided today that i WILL change. I need someone like you or i should say videos to help. I have no clue where to start or how do shop the RIGHT way. THanks for taking the time to do this vid. I will for sure subscribe and hope to see more of your videos. THANKS!!

  • this is a good video, very informational. She has a point in her conclusion , 7:56. : )

  • man she says a lot of interesting useful stuff but is seriously lacking the enthusiasm... would make it a bit more fun to watch!

  • Beaue?

  • great job!:)

  • I love this video....unfortunately my dad really was on his death bed, he struggled with Diabetes, survived 2 heart attacks and still wouldn't change his diet or lifestyle....the 3rd heart attack took him out, along with plenty of other difficulties, His struggle turned me into a Health Nut, I will listen to everything you have to say, and do it....anything that's beneficial for my health, I will do:)

  • My own personal system for a teen who lives in a family who can't afford organic foods:1. Learn to cook, it can be fun, and you get a chance to share with your family. 2. When going to WHole Foods, or any organic store, make sure to only go for the things you truly need like fruits, an vegetables. Stay away from the un needed pastries, and prepared foods, youll end up spending to much money.Trust me!3.Steal coupons!!!

  • What is 'PRO-DOOS'?

  • natalie cmon take off yout top

  • hey i eat rice everyday, should i stop eating rice? or less?

  • @KhmaiBodian559 Well, if I were you I wouldn't eat white rice ever again but brown rice is great. Eat it everyday if you want.

  • This is such a lovely and helpful video! You spirit is so welcoming and kind. Thanks so much!

  • I get mcdonalds coupons what should i do....!

  • @PogoFogo

    McDonalds coupon tip

Cut into tiny strips & add to a tasty casserole. Will at least add a little rougage do you more good than using the coupon in-store.

  • Comment removed

  • @explorer2101 I could do that if it ware a large cardboard coupon.

the Coupons i get are on the back of receipts.

  • To *shannonsurreal*: Yes, it is sad that most people will not believe in eating or being healthy until something goes wrong (could be a heart attack, or something as downgrating who they are to the point of total depression or mental shut down). I completely understand why a person would want to help their loved ones, but if they don't want to believe in eating healthy or until they have their own 'ah-ha' moment there is nothing you can do but watch them waste away their life. Terrible but true.

  • NICE VIDEO

  • Thanx Natalie

  • I have an idea eat cereal and fruits for 3 months and along with exercise your'll lose weight trust me

  • @ohNOEdude Yes and a whole foods diet causes you to lose weight also. I wasn't trying to do that, but I lost a lot of weight by eating whole uncooked veggies and fruit for two weeks. It may not be easy because of long eating habits, but after wards you incorporate healthy foods back in. Please eat as much Organic as possible. Yes more expensive, but at least eat organic fruit and veggies.

  • loll wow your the only one whose right but people downgrade your comment

  • hey does anybody know how to get my dad to believe in eating healthy/organic foods?

  • @shannonsurreal Leave him alone. Its his live. Not yours. Do what is best for you. Leave others alone.

  • Well, she's just trying to help! Maybe her dad eats just awful and she's worried about him. I'm not trying to be rude to you or anything and if it came off as that sorry. But if she wasn't worried then I don't suppose she would want to help. =)

  • Sadly most people won;t believe in eating healthy food unless it's already too late and they're all sick, like Natalie says in the video, the guy who's just had a heart attack will be much more willing to eat healthier. But the guy who sees no problems with his health (or denies them) is very hard to convince...

  • Keep it up, lots of great information!

  • Good advice. By the way, you love being in front of a camera. My nephew has that personality type. It's funny to see that kind of energy. Not that I'm complaining.

  • eating healthy is expensive. eesh.

Why do ppl do anything besides read, and help people, sleep, go the bathroom, and eat is beyond me.

  • Wow! Nice video you got there! Its so informative and easy to digest. Try also to watch my video :)

  • Natalie looks lovely.

  • also if you cook at home you can have leftover for lunch rather then paying $30-$50 for lunch each week. Cooking is fun anyway.

  • they dont have Qpons for healthy food

  • @AUTubeN22 maybe not but if youre saving a few dollars on toilet paper, pasta and ziploc bags, its money you can put on a bag of carrots... see what I mean?

  • @AUTubeN22 actually shoprite has coupons for healthy food they send me a coupon book every month also try product websites they usually have coupons and in the paper as well :)

  • @AUTubeN22 Finally someone who makes sense!

  • yea we get the idea. get on with the diet

  • Great tips. However, I just want to point out convenience is very important when it comes to preparing food. In our society time equals to money. Let's just say you spend 3 hours doing research and cutting out coupons in return to save 22dollars. Your basically only earned $7.33... per hour you spend. I feel this video is more suitable for those who have a lot of time on their hand. Still by all means this is a great video and it's very detailed.

  • thnx for the vid...... eatting healthy still costs way more then eating junk...

not claiming u said somthing wrong

just complaining about a fact i cant change,, if its a basic liberty for us all to live and persue happiness then shouldnt the cost of living be a lot more reasonable, no matter how you choose to live???

  • dude let me tell u right now - if u want to eat HEALTHY - not semi healthy - it is very cheap.

dozen eggs - 2 bucks, 10lb bag of white rice from Costco - 3 bucks, Broccoli at a market - 33 cents/lb, giant bag of romaine lettuce from a market - 2 bucks, cans of tuna 70 cents... the list goes on u just have to look around. If u can find a middle eastern type market - they have the best stuff for the cheapest.

Thats of course if ur willing to truly eat healthy - which most people arent.

  • your so right! last week i went grocery shopping for the first time in my life i brought so many things vegetable, fruits, dairy products and everything was only $15.00 and when i go eat at the restaurant one meal cost $10.00 - $20.00

  • Good for you =]

I myself can spend 20 dollars and feed me and my brother for a week!!!! or longer sometimes.

  • thanx for the info..... and im deff going to keep my eyes open for a middle eastern market, i never would have thought of that

..however, $2 ?!?!? where the hell did yo find these eggs?? iv never seen them that low... + not to be difficult i only buy free range eggs, nvr seen them less then $5

all that being said i just started a raw diet, im spending just as much money as i was b4

i was speaking way out of turn... sorry

  • haha no worries - dont be sorry. And ya, if u like special eggs then thats gonna be more expensive. i buy the cheapest eggs at the grocery store - they usually dont have a pretty container but they are just as good.

Best wishes with your diet =]

  • Marry Me Nutrition Natalie!!!!! I wanna have a million of your babies!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you nice lady...

  • we think so alike on these topic. thank you i thought was the only one. But the fact is our bodys crave junk food because its cheap and eazy most people are lazy or just don't have time to make good food. never the less your advice helps us alot.thanks again for your time.

  • Decent video but one correction at about the point 8:30 or so. She says people spend more money on things in life that aren't necessities. That's not true, especially in the US.

The costs for necessities has increased dramatically over the past 30 yrs; food, housing, health care are some of them. "The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class" is a lecture by a Harvard professor on here discussing that.

So yes eating healthy is important; I agree. Just this one issue. Still a good video.

  • thnx now i can choose what 2 eat so i can keep my body healthy and strong....EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM RED MEAT IT CAN GIVE YOU COLAN CANCER!!!

  • But its soooooooo good!

  • Great video... for more nutrition and exercise info check out the blog at customizedworkoutplans (.com)

  • farmers market is the way to go, its real good in canada. and also your right your supporting your local farmers who are having a hard time right now.

  • 9 minutes? i hate these people who drag a 2 min topic out. "i know...." "now lets not confuse...lets face it...drive thru...restaurants will drain your bank...my kitchen completely empty...got to the register...comapnies are now putting coupons..." stupid bitch!

  • Geez. Then don't watch it!

  • dude chill, if u knew it was 9 min long and didnt wanna watch it, why watch it :\

  • good info.

  • Natalie you are cute i love you

  • natalie youre hot

  • Thanks for the info Natalie !!

  • Thanks for the info. I like the fruits and vegetables that you had in the background.

  • this is a reply to sweetypie000

  • They jacked up the prices at my local farmer's market. I couldn't buy anything..

  • Natalie you are so beautiful... and healthy. I always enjoy your videos and follow your advice.

  • That's what I thought when the doctor told me I had to cut my cholestrol down. Is a life without cheeseburgers worth living?

  • You're a hottie, Natalie, but you're also a very good teacher. (There's no reason one should preclude the other). You research your subject well and you appear to practice what you preach.

  • You are too cute!

    As a guy, can I use "Q-pons?"

  • im 13 andi would probrally make outwith you

  • vaporeonh2o, lol thats disturbing

  • buying in bulk can be tricky sometimes. Check the price per ounce, sometimes the med size is cheaper than the larger size

  • Natalie i love you!.........thanks for the tips...i will try them

  • I shop for a vegan diet and only spend $30 a week. I have 3 grocery stores on one street, so I just hit each up buying what's on sale in the produce aisle. I'm never hungry and always full of energy. It's a great relief on my bank account and my waistline at the same time. Now that's a win-win!

  • @pattarom1980

I've been trying to eat Vegan but I've only managed Vegetarian because I'm plumb out of time in my day and just stock up on cheapest no-meat hardy tv dinners and was wondering if you have tips for fast vegan....I think I need to change my mindset or make that switch turn on in my head, but I can't figure out quite how... Would be very grateful for advice...

  • @pattarom1980 luckee

  • shes hot :D

  • good food

  • I LOVE that ive came across your channel!!! great tips, especially about the honey :)

  • it's a great channel, but is a shame that Natalie hasn't made a video in more than a year :(

  • instead of fast food, just go to walmart and go eat the raw vegetables there. Free food is the best kind of food.

  • She doesn't mention the amount you'll save in medical bills in the long run if you eat healthily.

  • eating healthy can be expensive if you are going all organic and a vegetarian, stuff like that. really depends on how healthy a person wants to go

  • filling your systeem with junk is expensive to you only got 1 systeem

  • She looks healthy.

  • healthy=sexy
