@rockYhre Yeah, I understand about it being painful to watch, but I think that's a good thing. Since discovering pickup I don't feel like I changed into a different person, and that weak dude is gone. I feel like I purged that insecurity from my system, I'm still here and still the same guy.

Firstly, Alex, I like your stuff a lot! Learned a lot from you in a few weeks. I can see you have a lot of fun, success and are a great teacher.
Secondly, these are the most negative videos I've seen in the PUA community. Even if there's something to learn from them, I just associate them with bad emotions and don't want to look them again. Same goes for the article. I see a lot of defensiveness.
I'd recommend you to throw away this whole DO NOT DO THIS and switch to the DO THIS attitude.
@rockYhre Sorry to hear you feel that way. To me these are great, they're trying to make blowing out seem ridiculous and funny which it is to be honest. It's not about feeling all sad that someone "rejected"you or whatever, it's to show that it doesn't matter. Moreover feeling the social pressure of regections is what makes you grow (and the positive pressre too like Alex says). It makes you indifferent to rejections and social pressure and that in turn makes a guy attractive.
