Personally I like their sound live more nowadays, so the Wembley 2008 version is really the favorite that I've ever heard. However, Liam's voice is just atrocious compared to how it was up through SOTSOG tour, so I like listening to this version more overall.

This is awesome. I can't stand the media and others that dubbed this as a bad album or period just because the songs were longer. I like to hear great music for a longer time. This was the best concert of Oasis because they performed nearly all the best songs of the first three albums.

I think the critics initially praised it but then would later say it wasn't that great. I think this is because Noel came out and said it wasn't his best after a bit. It is obviously a top album, but I think when a band gets huge, critics pounce on anything they can, which in this case, was the albums psychedelic sound and lengthy songs. This made it an easy to call it "bloated".
