I do, however, have a critique for you. Your hand gestures are really good, but VERY distracting when you have the topic in your hand the whole speech. In order to make your speech better than it already is, I would recommend either mrmorizing it in prep time, or casually placing it in your suit pocket after you've read it. That is all.
