Why does it matter what you're wearing during meditation? That just makes it sound like we should be ashamed of our bodies, and cover them up. They are natural and beautiful. You should wear what you're comfortable in, and not judge other people for their choices.
Sarah should have mentioned that the mantra Satnam is a Sikh name for God, but maybe she was afraid that would scare away the atheists and agnostics ;).
The kneeling posture is correct for the meditation, but common sense dictates that one doesn't engage in a Divine meditation wearing immodest clothes.
