I love having my g1...so much better than iphone. Only thing is, the iphone is waaaay quicker....especially the new 3GS....our web browser loads quicker, but the phone itself is slower than an iphone. Then again, I am using OpenHome instead of the default phone setup...maybe that is slowing me down.

Android allows an application to do *anything* in the background, like run an IM client and have it stay connected, instead of Apple's bullshit push notifications service that never fucking works.

If you are G1 owner and you live in the states you'll most likely get it self updated OTA (over the air), which means you don't have to do anything at all but accepting the upgrade.

Seriously? The iphone cannot directly play flash yet. It has, in fact teamed up with Adobe to speed up the process but it does not have it yet. Anyways, I would assume google will get flash first because of it's open source nature, but I don't really care as long as they get it. I am patiently waiting for nvidia tegra, a very nice phone.

Apple could have easily got it's icon idea from nokia on the symbian os running on the N95, go look at pictures of the OS. Same with the scrolling. Now on to Windows 7. First off, it isn't even out yet. They released a BETA, and that's what beta's do, they have errors. Next, it is fixed already in the Release candidate which I am currently using. Go do some research. Because I love Apple and their products, but I love Windows 7 even more. But having a BIAS is bad news, because you can't look at both sides. Which is why I am running Windows 7, Leopard, and Ubuntu 9 on my computer in tri-boot!
