1. It's free to play. Technically, you don't have to pay anything to play.

2. Being cartoonish and using cell-shaded graphics does not make it a TF2 rip-off.

3. They did not rip off anything. They release a pack of stuff relate to big games soon after their release - happened with MoH, Black Ops, KZ3 etc.
