Uh no...... The Astro & Safari's are mid sized truck based body on frame vans. The same construction used in American full sizers. It is classified as a van and share the same tranny as the full sized Chevy express and GMC Savana. I should know, I have a GMC Safari crew van (5 pass.) and a full size passenger van. (5 pass.) Never had any weight problems with any full sizer.
what i mean is, i don`t wanna associate an astro or safari with a full size van... in my opinion, the big vans are nasty! specially the diesels! not only do they look bad, they so weak!! (in power)
