I was referring to the wonderful service that the staff gave to us when I said how wonderful our stay was. If you contact any of the staff that we managed to have time to talk to, you will find we had nothing but praise for all of them. The hotel we stayed at was in Mickle Trafford and I would recommend the hotel to anybody, I can only talk about our stay and everybody was GREAT.

OH YEA!! OH YEA!! Sadly, the minimum waged staff do all the hard work (late nights, weekends, bank holidays, Xmas, New Year etc on minimum wage) yet Mitchells & Butlers gets all the glory and the senior managers get all the bonuses. OH YEA!!
