I play it in the key of C- but the notes I play are a little different- I play C,F,A-,G - so in F it would be F,A#,D-,C - But I guess it can be played either way-

In the key of C: C to F is 1 to 4... In the key of F: F to Bb is 1 to 4... There is no A# in the key of F(it is called Bb)... Anyway, its pretty much the same because I played the D in the bass for that Dm. Mine is just a Dm7(F/D)... Just a little theory for ya, I hope that helped!
