greetings again fans. had yesterday off as it was a beautiful sunday on the north-west coast. i went for a walk down to the bluff....watched a bit of local cricket at byard park.......read the melbourne sunday newspaper.....and listened to the kiwis lose another test......if only they had held their catches.......how true it is that catches win matches! yesterday i ate only lion of sahara figs and fresh cherries....the perfect day. tomorrow i am going to try only figs and fresh mushrooms.
